The Global Payroll Manager oversees the payroll strategy for the organization, ensuring compliance and governance while managing operations for the US and Canada and collaborating with regional partners globally.

Manage and grow national enterprise accounts by building executive relationships, creating account plans and joint business plans, identifying expansion opportunities, meeting sales targets, coordinating internal resources, producing forecasts and business reviews, and ensuring customer satisfaction and timely order fulfillment.

The Regional Sales Consultant will manage and expand existing accounts, promote packaging systems, meet sales goals, and act as the main customer contact while collaborating internally.

Manage automation and automatic equipment opportunities from lead through installation. Support sales, engineering, and production with proposals, pricing, layouts, surveys, schematics, and installation coordination. Provide automation expertise, resolve engineering/manufacturing hurdles, document issues, and assist project teams to deliver end-of-line packaging equipment.

Customer-facing role managing inbound lead qualification and account management for house accounts, maintaining CRM data integrity, generating reports, supporting cost estimating for engineered solutions, and collaborating with Business Development to grow pipeline and revenue. Some travel required.

Oversee technical development and support of production lines: troubleshoot processes and equipment, lead continuous improvement (Kaizen, DMAIC), support new production introductions, design and validate equipment/process changes, maintain documentation, perform time studies, and own final inspection reporting.

Sell and expand assigned accounts in the Central region using consultative solutions-selling for Signode packaging systems. Manage existing customers, own renewals and expansions, create account plans, resolve issues, maintain CRM and Power BI records, collaborate with internal teams, and travel up to 50%.

Design, develop, and commission electrical controls for packaging equipment: PLC programs (ladder, structured text, function block), HMIs, robot integration, schematics in AutoCAD, prototype testing, troubleshooting at customer sites, supplier/customer interfacing, and support engineering change and documentation. Travel ~10-20% annually.
