Responsibilities include mechanical analysis, component selection, safety and reliability optimization, engineering change orders, test-plan development, supplier collaboration, production transition, customer-site troubleshooting, and mentoring junior engineers. Pick, pack, and prepare domestic and international orders using RF scanners and ERP/WMS systems. Pack securely, label shipments, perform inventory counts, inspect items for damage, and maintain a clean, safe workspace following 6S and safety protocols.

Manage automatic equipment and automation projects from lead to installation. Support sales, engineering, and production with proposals, pricing, equipment layouts, surveys, coordination across departments, kickoff and pre-installation meetings, documentation of installation/performance issues, and project team responsibilities.
