Leads finance and enterprise systems optimization across ERP, CRM, and related platforms. Responsibilities include production support, root-cause analysis, requirements and fit-gap workshops, solution design, testing, deployments, migration readiness, training, change management, audits, and continuous process improvement. The role requires deep expertise in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, finance, manufacturing, sales, supply chain, procurement, and warehouse processes, while coaching junior staff and traveling up to 40%.

Manages strategic relationships with national enterprise customers, driving retention, expansion, product adoption, sales growth, and account profitability. Develops account plans, joint business plans, forecasts, proposals, and business reviews; identifies and closes expansion opportunities; resolves customer issues; coordinates internal resources; maintains CRM records; and supports collections. Requires collaboration with Operations, Product Management, Accounts Receivable, and Finance, with overnight travel up to 50%.

Support and improve production lines by troubleshooting equipment and processes, leading continuous improvement (Kaizen, DMAIC), supporting new product introductions, developing tests and documentation, performing time studies, and implementing sustainable lean manufacturing solutions to ensure quality and efficiency.

Pick, pack, and prepare domestic and international orders using RF scanners and ERP/WMS systems. Pack securely, label shipments, perform inventory counts, inspect items for damage, and maintain a clean, safe workspace following 6S and safety protocols.

Manage automatic equipment and automation projects from lead to installation. Support sales, engineering, and production with proposals, pricing, equipment layouts, surveys, coordination across departments, kickoff and pre-installation meetings, documentation of installation/performance issues, and project team responsibilities.

Manage and grow national high-value accounts by developing account plans, driving retention and expansion, coordinating internal resources, producing forecasts and business reviews, closing large opportunities, and serving as primary customer contact to resolve issues and ensure adoption of Signode solutions.
