Design, detail, build, test, and document automation and packaging equipment. Create SolidWorks models and drawings, develop prototypes, select mechanical/pneumatic/electro-mechanical components, optimize for safety and cost, support product launches, and mentor junior engineers. Travel to customer sites ~10%.

Support the PMO and project managers with coordination, documentation, status reporting, backlog and sprint support, cutover/go-live activities, RAID logs, and cross-functional communication to keep IT and business initiatives organized and on track.

Sell and expand assigned accounts in the Central region using consultative solutions-selling for Signode packaging systems. Manage existing customers, own renewals and expansions, create account plans, resolve issues, maintain CRM and Power BI records, collaborate with internal teams, and travel up to 50%.
