Teams at Signode

Leads optimization, support, implementation, migration, testing, and deployment of ERP, CRM, and related business systems for finance and other functions. Partners with business owners to define requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, design solutions, resolve production issues, manage change, and improve end-to-end processes. Oversees project deliverables, training, documentation, security requirements, and post-implementation audits while coaching junior staff. The role requires up to 40% travel and occasional weekend deployment support.

Manages strategic relationships with national enterprise customers, driving retention, expansion, product adoption, sales growth, and account profitability. Develops account plans, joint business plans, forecasts, proposals, and business reviews; identifies and closes expansion opportunities; resolves customer issues; coordinates internal resources; maintains CRM records; and supports collections. Requires collaboration with Operations, Product Management, Accounts Receivable, and Finance, with overnight travel up to 50%.

Support and improve production lines by troubleshooting equipment and processes, leading continuous improvement (Kaizen, DMAIC), supporting new product introductions, developing tests and documentation, performing time studies, and implementing sustainable lean manufacturing solutions to ensure quality and efficiency.
