The role partners with Sales, Finance, Product Management, and Operations and supports forecasting, negotiations, and pricing automation.

Leads a regional equipment sales team, setting quotas, budgets, and growth strategies while driving revenue, profitability, customer satisfaction, and market share. Manages distribution relationships, customer development, forecasting, pipeline opportunities, performance, coaching, and career development. Evaluates market trends, supports strategic planning, oversees accounts receivable collection, and collaborates with senior management and proposal engineering. The role requires extensive B2B industrial technical sales experience and 50% travel.

Hunts for new customers and expands underperforming accounts through consultative sales of transit packaging products and services. Responsibilities include meeting sales goals, developing opportunities, preparing proposals, maintaining CRM pipelines, forecasting wins, building industry relationships, coordinating account setup, and collaborating with internal sales, customer service, finance, and product teams. The role is based in the Dallas area and requires overnight travel of up to 70%.
