Leads finance and enterprise systems optimization across ERP, CRM, and related platforms. Responsibilities include production support, root-cause analysis, requirements and fit-gap workshops, solution design, testing, deployments, migration readiness, training, change management, audits, and continuous process improvement. The role requires deep expertise in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, finance, manufacturing, sales, supply chain, procurement, and warehouse processes, while coaching junior staff and traveling up to 40%.

Manages strategic relationships with national enterprise customers, driving retention, expansion, product adoption, sales growth, and account profitability. Develops account plans, joint business plans, forecasts, proposals, and business reviews; identifies and closes expansion opportunities; resolves customer issues; coordinates internal resources; maintains CRM records; and supports collections. Requires collaboration with Operations, Product Management, Accounts Receivable, and Finance, with overnight travel up to 50%.

Support and improve production lines by troubleshooting equipment and processes, leading continuous improvement (Kaizen, DMAIC), supporting new product introductions, developing tests and documentation, performing time studies, and implementing sustainable lean manufacturing solutions to ensure quality and efficiency.
