Administer and secure the companys Microsoft 365 commercial environment and SharePoint Online. Lead process-forensic analysis and author enterprise-grade Navy process documentation. Conduct stakeholder interviews, map workflows, perform gap analyses, develop training materials, and manage document versioning for audit-ready, cross-command standardization.

Provide CBDP financial management and internal controls support including ERM implementation, funds management, account reconciliation, audit readiness, financial systems integration (DAI, JICAP), and prepare reports and briefings for senior leadership in compliance with GAO, OMB, and DoD standards.

Lead and QA DoD IT program management efforts ensuring compliance with federal financial management standards. Support DoD IT investment/reporting systems, perform technical analysis, engage senior stakeholders, and oversee documentation accuracy.

Provide senior functional and technical ERP (SAP/Navy ERP) implementation and sustainment support across finance and material modules. Perform BPR, process mapping, training, documentation, test planning and execution, go‑live and post‑go‑live support, troubleshooting, and sustainment for Navy ERP and related DoD financial systems.

Conduct IT audit reviews of critical feeder and core accounting systems for compliance with DoD and federal standards (DoD 8510.01, NIST 800-53 RMF, FMFIA, FISCAM). Execute test plans, evaluate IT control design and operating effectiveness, review SSAE 18 reports and CUEC, assist development and remediation testing of CAPs, and provide FISCAM training as requested.
