Serve as the senior database authority for all Oracle E-Business Suite environments supporting a federal financial system. Responsibilities include database installation, administration, performance tuning, backups, recovery, security hardening, patching, middleware management, disaster recovery, interface support, audit and ATO documentation, access controls, vulnerability remediation, monitoring, and escalation support. The role also contributes to configuration, patch, asset, contingency, and instance management plans.

Owns the Oracle database tier across federal financial system environments, including installation, configuration, security hardening, performance tuning, capacity planning, backups, disaster recovery, middleware administration, monitoring, batch processing, and production issue escalation. The role manages database instances across development through production, supports compliance and change control processes, prepares technical reports, and maintains recoverability and service-level performance for the Department of Labor’s Oracle E-Business Suite platform.

Owns functional requirements, design, testing, production support, and issue resolution for the Department of Labor’s Oracle Federal Financials system. The role ensures accounting processes are audit-ready and compliant with federal financial management standards. Responsibilities include requirements traceability, test planning and execution, defect resolution, Tier 2/3 support, quality assurance, change control, analytical deliverables, audit support, and mentoring junior analysts.

Designs, maintains, and modernizes the Department of Labor’s Oracle EBS-based financial management system. Responsibilities include creating enterprise architecture blueprints, integrating databases, cloud services, APIs, and web applications, enforcing NIST and FedRAMP security controls, supporting modernization initiatives, and collaborating with federal stakeholders, financial analysts, and cybersecurity teams. The role is remote within the continental United States and may require occasional meetings at DOL headquarters.

Provides program management and analytical support for Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren programs. Responsibilities include analyzing program information; supporting procurement, planning, logistics, cost analysis, and scheduling; developing Gantt and PERT charts; and assisting with acquisition, budgeting, engineering, and program documentation.

Provides financial management and analytical support for Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division programs, including financial reporting, budgeting, requisitioning, forecasting, and data analysis. Uses ERP financial systems to track and report financial information supporting program planning, execution, and decision-making. The role requires seven years of financial analysis experience and an active Secret clearance; Navy or NSWCDD experience and CPA or CDFM certification are preferred.

Leads federal Naval Surface Warfare Center programs, providing overall project leadership, administrative oversight, and technical, schedule, and cost direction. Coordinates activities and priorities, independently directs assignments, ensures contract requirements are met, and manages challenging projects. The role requires 10 years of project management experience, including five years supporting federal programs, and an active Secret clearance. PMP, Navy or NSWC Dahlgren experience, and Navy ERP experience are preferred.

Provides financial reporting, accounting operations, internal controls, audit support, reconciliations, GAAP compliance analysis, corrective action recommendations, data cleanup, SOP updates, and Defense Travel System administration for a USTRANSCOM program. Supports Agency Financial Report preparation, financial statement completeness using ADVANA, stakeholder coordination, and TWCF Governance Board facilitation at Scott AFB.

Administer and secure DOE’s Oracle Fusion Middleware environment, serving as the primary SME for WebCenter, Enterprise Manager, OID/OAM, and SSL/TLS encryption. Responsibilities include installation, configuration, patching, tuning, monitoring, identity and access management, certificate lifecycle management, compliance with NIST and FedRAMP controls, audit support, remediation, and backup support for broader Oracle technologies. The role also requires collaboration with program managers, security teams, and product SMEs.

Conduct IT control audits of DoD accounting systems, evaluate control design and operating effectiveness, review SSAE 18 reports and complementary user entity controls, support corrective action plans and remediation testing, and provide FISCAM training. The role requires a relevant bachelor’s degree, 0–3 years of related experience, and an Interim Secret clearance with eligibility for a fully active Secret clearance.

Leads daily travel program operations for COMNAVSURFPAC, acting as the contractor’s lead analyst and primary contract representative. Analyzes travel data, supports Defense Travel System activities, resolves problems, presents information, and provides weekday and emergency after-hours travel support. The role requires onsite work at Naval Base San Diego and an active Secret clearance.

Lead delivery of Navy Comptroller support, oversee Navy ERP, data analytics/visualization, and financial analyst work streams, and coordinate multiple subcontractor teams onsite in Norfolk, VA.

Lead financial management, accounting, and audit oversight for DoD-supported programs. Ensure compliance with DoD regulations, FAR, and GAAP; manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting; direct internal and external audits; advise leadership on fiscal law and risk; implement controls and process improvements.

Provide financial and project management support for DIA mission readiness, including budget planning, formulation, execution, analysis, program oversight, reporting, and audit support for facilities financial statements. Advise on funding needs and support planning and execution of mission-critical initiatives. Position is onsite and requires an active Top Secret/SCI clearance.

Facilitate Agile Scrum for in-service engineering teams executing hardware, software, and installation tasks. Lead daily scrums, maintain and organize backlogs, coordinate sprint planning, backlog scrubs, and retrospectives. Document Scrum business rules and incorporate lessons learned to improve team efficiency and on-schedule task completion.

Provide CBDP financial management and internal controls support including ERM implementation, funds management, account reconciliation, audit readiness, financial systems integration (DAI, JICAP), and prepare reports and briefings for senior leadership in compliance with GAO, OMB, and DoD standards.

Lead and QA DoD IT program management efforts ensuring compliance with federal financial management standards. Support DoD IT investment/reporting systems, perform technical analysis, engage senior stakeholders, and oversee documentation accuracy.

Provide cross-functional program coordination and customer-facing support for Navy programs: plan and track deliverables, coordinate meetings, monitor metrics, manage stakeholder inquiries, maintain DON-compliant documentation, support onboarding, and prepare executive reports to ensure program alignment and operational compliance.

Provide administrative and clerical support to the NSWC team in Port Hueneme, CA, ensuring efficient office operations in compliance with Navy policies. Duties include budgeting, personnel records, payroll, preparing briefings, filing, answering phones, scheduling, and making travel arrangements.
