Administer and secure the companys Microsoft 365 commercial environment and SharePoint Online. Manage identity (Entra ID/Azure), tenant synchronization, Teams, Power Platform integrations, governance, permissions, and automation. Assess and reorganize SharePoint/Teams sites, design Power Apps/Automate solutions, work with business stakeholders, and drive projects to improve security, governance, and user experience.

Provide analytical and operational support to NIWC Pacific Finance and Corporate Operations. Responsibilities include financial reporting, reconciliations, dashboards, business process improvement, portfolio management, governance documentation, and development of executive briefings. Work across Finance, Business Analytics, Total Force Management, Strategy Management, and Accountable Property environments to translate complex data into actionable insights and support audit readiness and strategic initiatives.

Provide financial reporting and accounting operations support for USTRANSCOM including general ledger, G-Invoicing, FBwT, PP&E, AR/AP, reconciliations, AFR preparation, internal controls, data cleanup, SOP updates, DTS administration, and TWCF Governance Board support. Ensure GAAP compliance, recommend corrective actions, and leverage ADVANA for feeder reconciliations.
