Provides strategic advisory, coordination, and governance support to senior Department of the Air Force leaders overseeing logistics, engineering, and force protection initiatives. Develops enterprise strategies, translates priorities into coordinated actions, prepares decision-support materials, and presents recommendations to senior military and civilian leaders. Requires strong Air Force logistics knowledge, executive communication, prioritization, and active Secret clearance. The role is onsite four days weekly at the Pentagon in Arlington, Virginia.

Serve as the senior database authority for all Oracle E-Business Suite environments supporting a federal financial system. Responsibilities include database installation, administration, performance tuning, backups, recovery, security hardening, patching, middleware management, disaster recovery, interface support, audit and ATO documentation, access controls, vulnerability remediation, monitoring, and escalation support. The role also contributes to configuration, patch, asset, contingency, and instance management plans.

Owns the Oracle database tier across federal financial system environments, including installation, configuration, security hardening, performance tuning, capacity planning, backups, disaster recovery, middleware administration, monitoring, batch processing, and production issue escalation. The role manages database instances across development through production, supports compliance and change control processes, prepares technical reports, and maintains recoverability and service-level performance for the Department of Labor’s Oracle E-Business Suite platform.
