Provide analytical and operational support to NIWC Pacific Finance and Corporate Operations. Responsibilities include financial reporting, reconciliations, dashboards, business process improvement, portfolio management, governance documentation, and development of executive briefings. Work across Finance, Business Analytics, Total Force Management, Strategy Management, and Accountable Property environments to translate complex data into actionable insights and support audit readiness and strategic initiatives.

Provide senior-level Oracle Hyperion functional and business systems analysis supporting PBES at the Pentagon. Troubleshoot Tier 2/3 issues, design application updates, perform data analytics and functional testing, support Oracle-Hyperion integrations, and develop documentation and training. Apply Agile SDLC and support system sustainment, security patches, data refreshes, and CI/CD pipelines as needed.

Lead delivery of Navy Comptroller support, oversee Navy ERP, data analytics/visualization, and financial analyst work streams, and coordinate multiple subcontractor teams onsite in Norfolk, VA.
