Support finance projects, accountants, and auditors while improving finance processes through AI tools. The role requires at least three years of finance or treasury experience, strong accuracy and organization, excellent English, and preferably shipping, Big 4, IFRS, or financial modeling experience.

In-house Legal Counsel responsible for commercial contracting and data licensing across SaaS, technology, API, vendor, and procurement agreements. The role independently leads negotiations, advises on intellectual property, data rights, privacy, and commercial frameworks, and supports contract migrations, acquisitions, due diligence, templates, playbooks, and legal technology initiatives. The position works closely with Sales, Product, Data, Technology, and senior commercial stakeholders.

Supports corporate governance, entity management, restructurings, KYC, sanctions and counterparty compliance across multiple jurisdictions. Maintains corporate records, statutory filings, privacy and regulatory frameworks, contracting templates, legal trackers and compliance documentation. Coordinates with Finance, HR, Information Security, external counsel and corporate service providers while escalating complex legal matters appropriately.

Manage and grow a defined portfolio of Alphaliner accounts in the container shipping industry. Responsibilities include relationship management, renewals, contract negotiations, account reviews, risk mitigation, upselling, cross-selling, and new client acquisition. The role requires strong communication, presentation, data manipulation, and industry expertise, with opportunities to use Power BI, Python, MySQL, and Salesforce.

Six-month paid design internship (possible extension) contributing to UX/UI across a complex data-driven platform. Tasks include integrating AI tools, wireframing, prototyping, participating in user research and design sprints, evolving the design system, and presenting design decisions under senior mentorship.
