The Financial Controller oversees group-level financial reporting, audits, internal controls, process improvement, regulatory and creditor compliance, and subsidiary accounting coordination across maritime, technology, and investment entities. The role reviews financial statements, designs and tests controls, prepares compliance submissions, supports the VP of Finance on ad hoc analysis, and uses AI tools extensively. It requires strong accounting knowledge, analytical skills, communication abilities, and experience managing complex financial data and deadlines.

Manage liquidity monitoring, cash flow, daily payments, treasury transactions, banking communications, and compliance reporting. Support finance projects, accountants, and auditors while improving finance processes through AI tools. The role requires at least three years of finance or treasury experience, strong accuracy and organization, excellent English, and preferably shipping, Big 4, IFRS, or financial modeling experience.

In-house Legal Counsel responsible for commercial contracting and data licensing across SaaS, technology, API, vendor, and procurement agreements. The role independently leads negotiations, advises on intellectual property, data rights, privacy, and commercial frameworks, and supports contract migrations, acquisitions, due diligence, templates, playbooks, and legal technology initiatives. The position works closely with Sales, Product, Data, Technology, and senior commercial stakeholders.
