Lead and advance system safety methodologies across multiple defense/autonomous programs. Perform hazard analyses (FHA, FTA, SCFTA, FMECA), influence architecture for design-for-safety, manage hazard tracking and mitigations, support design reviews, lead failure investigations, and ensure compliance with military and industry safety standards across the product lifecycle.

Manage and maintain Bills of Materials in the ERP, reconcile PLM/ERP data, support PLM admin and helpdesk, coordinate cross-functional BOM revisions, generate reports, and drive process improvements.

Ensure product reliability and safety across the lifecycle by performing reliability analyses, leading FMEA/FTA and root cause investigations, developing and executing qualification and accelerated life tests, supporting design and manufacturing readiness, and implementing reliability improvements and maintainability/spare strategies.

Lead development of advanced CNC programs for complex, high-value parts using multiple CAM platforms. Drive programming standards, coach staff, support quoting/DFM, inspect parts, optimize machines, and implement process improvements to improve productivity and quality.

Lead development and scaling of manufacturing processes for advanced hardware prototypes through pilot production. Drive DFM/DFx, process validation (DOE), tooling, work instructions, quality control, troubleshoot production issues, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to grow in-house manufacturing capabilities.

Design and certify cockpit electronic panels for commercial and military aircraft. Translate requirements into architectures and low-level designs, perform troubleshooting, verification, root cause analysis, lead design reviews, mentor engineers, and own projects across the product lifecycle.

Design, execute, and maintain automated reliability and validation tests for embedded and robotic systems. Instrument hardware, collect telemetry and firmware logs, analyze statistical trends, and report reliability risks. Operate test infrastructure (chambers, analyzers, power rigs) and partner with engineering and failure analysis teams to support mitigation and continuous improvement.

Lead design and implementation of custom control and vision systems. Define requirements, program and commission PLCs, motion controllers, HMIs, robots and drives. Specify components, create wiring diagrams, support enclosure builds, perform FAT/SAT, validate systems to UL/NFPA standards, and mentor junior engineers.

Develop and maintain Python-based automated test software for prototype validation, manufacturing, and system bring-up. Troubleshoot Android and Linux devices, perform fault isolation and root cause analysis, provision and validate hardware, collect and validate test data, maintain lab systems, and collaborate with hardware, firmware, and systems engineers to ensure product quality.

Lead safety and reliability engineering for aerospace products: perform FMEA, fault tree and common-cause analyses, FRACAS support, risk and cybersecurity assessments, apply industry standards and reliability test methods, participate in design reviews, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers.
