Develop and maintain manual, exploratory, and automated tests for complex software products with hardware and firmware dependencies. Define test strategies, coverage, acceptance criteria, test plans, and reports; investigate defects and collaborate with software, firmware, and product teams to improve quality. Support test environments and releases, manage defects through resolution, and mentor junior engineers.

Designs, executes, and maintains manual and automated tests for web applications and RESTful APIs. Develops test plans, cases, reports, and automation using Python, Playwright, and Selenium; performs exploratory testing, manages defects, supports test environments and CI/CD infrastructure, and collaborates with software, product, and firmware teams to improve quality and testability.

Manages aluminum vessel manufacturing projects from sale through delivery. Defines scope, milestones, resources, schedules, budgets, quality standards, and change orders; coordinates engineering, production, suppliers, customers, and internal departments. Tracks production hours and project progress, resolves issues, oversees quality and safety targets, inspects completed vessels, and coordinates customer acceptance and delivery. Leads manufacturing teams and supports continuous improvement in an onsite environment.

Sources and qualifies suppliers for fabricated parts, engineered components, outsourced services, and purchased components. Evaluates RFQs, negotiates commercial terms, coordinates purchase orders, monitors supplier performance, manages delivery and quality issues, and maintains supplier records in ERP systems. Partners with Engineering, Quality, Operations, Purchasing, and project teams to resolve technical and sourcing challenges, reduce costs, improve supplier performance, and ensure compliant, timely project execution.

Builds complex electrical prototypes, establishes test setups, performs characterization and component-level troubleshooting, generates test reports, recommends design improvements, and documents processes. The role mentors junior technicians, manages assigned deliverables for quality and timelines, follows information-security policies, and works in a laboratory or production environment with occasional travel.

Develop and maintain Python-based automated test software for prototype validation, device bring-up, manufacturing, and integration testing. Troubleshoot Android and Linux devices using ADB, serial consoles, logs, and command-line tools. Create test plans, execute end-of-line testing, isolate faults, validate test data, support root cause analysis, and collaborate with hardware, firmware, and systems engineers. Provision testing hardware, maintain lab systems, and ensure product quality and data integrity.

Builds, validates, troubleshoots, and publishes Jetson OS images for NVIDIA robotics platforms. Responsibilities include kernel, BSP, driver, package, firmware, and hardware bring-up support; boot, peripheral, stability, and compatibility testing; serial debugging; and resolving build or OS issues. The engineer develops Bash or Python automation, maintains documentation, improves workflows, and collaborates with robotics and platform teams. The role is performed in-office with occasional travel.

Develops and optimizes moderately complex manufacturing processes, assembly procedures, control plans, work instructions, and equipment validation activities. Leads Lean Manufacturing initiatives, provides Design for Manufacturing feedback, troubleshoots process issues, implements corrective actions, and supports root cause analysis. Collaborates with cross-functional teams and stakeholders while maintaining process documentation and quality controls. The role is primarily in-office with occasional travel to facilities, clients, or suppliers.

Leads multidisciplinary engineering teams across mechanical, process, and test functions. Owns product development and new product introduction execution from concept through manufacturing readiness, including DFM, DFA, DFT, testing, validation, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions. Establishes engineering standards, manages performance and development, approves technical decisions, supports project planning and risk mitigation, and serves as the primary technical interface for customers.

Design and certify cockpit electronic panels for commercial and military aircraft. Translate requirements into architectures and low-level designs, perform troubleshooting, verification, root cause analysis, lead design reviews, mentor engineers, and own projects across the product lifecycle.

Responsible for improving the reliability, availability, safety, and performance of production equipment, including CVD diamond-synthesis reactors. Duties include equipment troubleshooting, maintenance procedure development, commissioning, start-up planning, spare-parts specification, SOP improvement, training, data analysis, capital projects, and continuous improvement. The role serves as the in-house equipment expert and supports Maintenance Technicians while collaborating with Operations and external partners.

Designs, develops, tests, troubleshoots, and integrates complex electrical and PCB-based hardware for autonomous defense systems. Responsibilities include schematic capture, PCB layout, power and embedded electronics design, circuit analysis, board bring-up, qualification testing, hardware debugging, root-cause analysis, and production support. The engineer collaborates cross-functionally through the full product lifecycle and uses laboratory equipment, communication protocols, and technical documentation to deliver reliable hardware.

Leads and mentors a multidisciplinary engineering team while providing technical direction across electrical, electronics, and software disciplines. Oversees product development from concept through manufacturing, manages engineering priorities and resources, and ensures robust verification, validation, configuration, and development practices. Partners with manufacturing, quality, program management, and senior leadership to guide technical and business decisions. The role is hands-on and suited to an experienced engineering leader comfortable developing customized hardware and software products in a small organization.

Provides strategic and technical leadership for engineering teams designing custom packaging and food-processing equipment. Oversees projects from concept through commissioning, reviews mechanical designs and documentation, coordinates resources and schedules, and partners with manufacturing, sales, vendors, customers, and leadership. Leads troubleshooting, design improvements, manufacturability initiatives, engineering standards, and technical decision-making across multiple projects. Occasional U.S. travel is required for commissioning, startups, customer projects, and trade shows.

Leads the design and implementation of moderately complex control and vision systems. Responsibilities include architecting solutions, programming and integrating PLCs, HMIs, motion systems, robots, drives, sensors, and vision equipment; specifying components; designing compliant electrical systems; supporting enclosure builds and documentation; and conducting testing, validation, FAT, SAT, commissioning, troubleshooting, and customer training. The role also interfaces with clients, guides junior engineers, and supports cross-functional delivery.

Lead safety and reliability engineering for aerospace products: perform FMEA, fault tree and common-cause analyses, FRACAS support, risk and cybersecurity assessments, apply industry standards and reliability test methods, participate in design reviews, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers.
