Create, optimize, and simulate CNC programs (primarily Mastercam) for 3-axis (and occasional 5-axis) milling. Set up and operate mills, interpret drawings, ensure quality and tolerances, troubleshoot programs, design workholding/fixtures, support operators, and produce setup and inspection documentation. CMM programming/operation is a plus. Must follow safety protocols and complete post-offer background and drug screening.

Lead and deliver large-scale, multi-disciplinary programs and high-value projects. Define and improve PM processes, mentor project staff, manage enterprise risks, negotiate with customers, and collaborate with executive leadership to align projects to strategic objectives.
