Recruiter identifies, assesses, and matches engineering and technical candidates to company and client openings. Responsibilities include sourcing talent, building candidate relationships and networks, understanding business and technical needs, conducting qualification assessments, and supporting recruitment processes. The role is hybrid, contract-to-hire, and requires collaboration with internal stakeholders, strong communication, adaptability, and compliance with business technology policies.

Develop and maintain manual, exploratory, and automated tests for complex software products with hardware and firmware dependencies. Define test strategies, coverage, acceptance criteria, test plans, and reports; investigate defects and collaborate with software, firmware, and product teams to improve quality. Support test environments and releases, manage defects through resolution, and mentor junior engineers.

Designs, executes, and maintains manual and automated tests for web applications and RESTful APIs. Develops test plans, cases, reports, and automation using Python, Playwright, and Selenium; performs exploratory testing, manages defects, supports test environments and CI/CD infrastructure, and collaborates with software, product, and firmware teams to improve quality and testability.
