Uses DPAS/GCSS-MC and Microsoft Office, applies Joint Travel Regulations, coordinates travel and readiness, and requires U.S. citizenship and Secret clearance eligibility.

Design, plan, and implement secure Army network architectures. Perform capacity planning, simulations, hardware/software recommendations, monitoring, troubleshooting, and produce technical documentation supporting NetMod and Mission Network programs.

Provide Surface Warfare subject-matter expertise to develop the Surface Warfare Combat Training Continuum (SWCTC). Support training and certification planning, data analysis, STRMS-based training management, configuration control, issue tracking, process improvements, and deliver briefs to senior Navy leadership. Lead workshops and coordinate with SMWDC, NETC, and fleet stakeholders to improve shipboard training, readiness, and curriculum.

Senior analyst responsible for developing, planning, tracking, and analyzing surface ship training and certification requirements and policy. Produce Flag-level briefings, support surface warfare training strategy, manage synthetic training capabilities and LVC initiatives, and align training with POM and Ready Relevant Learning processes. Requires extensive senior surface Navy operational and staff experience and the ability to obtain an active Secret clearance.

Design and execute system-level tests for DoD systems, develop requirements and test plans, implement and maintain automated test frameworks, integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines, troubleshoot software defects, and support system installation and verification.

Provide engineering support for C-NOC MQ-9 communications, maintain and troubleshoot complex network infrastructure (BGP/EIGRP/OSPF, DMVPN, IPsec), administer Cisco ISE and SolarWinds, configure HAIPE devices, perform root cause analysis, plan upgrades, monitor performance/security, train administrators, and support 24/7 operations with on-call and weekend coverage.

Develop, design, test, document, and deploy software for Army network modernization programs, including OS-level, compiler, embedded, and network distribution software. Collaborate with analysts and teams to meet user requirements, troubleshoot defects, and implement improvements while meeting security and documentation standards.

Provide management analysis and project oversight for the Army NetMod program: gather and analyze operational data, identify improvements, produce monthly financial and government reports, develop procedures and training, coordinate resources and staffing, and present findings to stakeholders.

Provide shipboard and pier-side Ballistic Missile Defense (BMD) mentorship and instruction during BMD events, conduct watch-team training and exercises, and serve as a classroom instructor for TTGP BMD courses.

Support network integration, testing, and troubleshooting for MQ-25/UCA communications including satellite and line-of-sight links. Write test plans/procedures/reports, configure labs, analyze traffic (Wireshark), apply DISA STIGs, generate RMF artifacts, and operate/configure routers, switches, firewalls, INEs and Linux networking.

Support cybersecurity engineering, RMF authorization packages, ATO achievement and maintenance, STIG execution, vulnerability and risk assessments, and cyber test strategies for integrated combat systems. Provide technical leadership across acquisition lifecycle to ensure protection, resilience, and compliance of systems and networks.

Support DoD network modernization by monitoring networks, collecting and analyzing CND/IA tool data, performing vulnerability assessments, incident response, risk analysis, and generating certification/accreditation reports. Ensure compliance using STIG/eMASS and communicate findings to stakeholders.
