Provide 24/7 Tier 2 help desk and network administration for MQ-9 communications and global network architectures. Provide programmatic, administrative, and analytical support for U.S. Navy Above Water Sensors and Lasers programs across the full acquisition lifecycle. Ensure compliance with DoD 5000 series, NAVSEA guidance, and Adaptive Acquisition processes while coordinating with PMO, technical directors, and cross-functional teams to deliver timely, high-quality program products.

Provide programmatic, analytical, and acquisition support across lifecycle phases for U.S. Navy above-water sensors and lasers. Support planning, milestone readiness, acquisition documentation, contracting, reporting, and coordination with government program leadership per NAVSEA, DoD 5000 series, and JCIDS.

Manage multiple DoD electronic warfare projects: oversee budgets, schedules, contract deliverables, government customer engagement, resourcing for tests and deployments, and coordinate mechanical, electrical, and software teams in a rapid acquisition environment.

Support SMWDC HQ by performing capability assessments across surface, air, and mine warfare mission areas. Apply SWO experience to enhance warfare training, write POM/technical documentation, liaise with acquisition/POM processes, and support staff and fleet operations planning to improve tactical readiness and lethality.

Provide full‑spectrum systems engineering and technical analysis for Navy above‑water sensor and combat system programs. Support requirements development, system design reviews, MBSE/digital engineering, risk management, trade studies, performance assessments, test & evaluation planning, modeling & simulation, cybersecurity/RMF documentation, and acquisition milestone technical input while coordinating with government and industry stakeholders.

Design and document rack-mounted Navy IT systems: produce rack elevation and installation drawings, technical data packages, perform environmental qualification testing, troubleshoot lab and field issues, and provide lifecycle engineering and integration support for PMW160/Navy enterprise networks.

Provide software engineering, systems analysis, and cybersecurity support for US Navy above-water sensors and combat systems across development, test, production, and sustainment. Support software implementation/integration, engineering trade studies, technical documentation, and system certification activities.

Support P-8A mission and combat systems engineering: perform CONOPS analysis, requirements decomposition, roadmaps, ECP/TD implementation, troubleshooting, Agile support, create technical documentation, use cases, and software development plans to meet fleet expectations.

Design and develop mechanical components, assemblies, and systems for military electronic platforms using CAD. Select materials and manufacturing processes, create engineering drawings, develop and execute test plans, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with electrical and software teams. Ensure secure-environment design (TEMPEST, cable management), participate in design reviews, and support continuous improvement and documentation.

Lead full-lifecycle execution of large, complex defense support-services programs (Surface Radars, EW, EO/IR, Decoys, Laser Systems). Responsible for cost, schedule, performance, subcontractor oversight, risk management, and government customer engagement. Serve as primary interface with stakeholders to meet contractual requirements and program objectives. Requires Secret clearance and onsite work in Washington, D.C.

Senior analyst responsible for developing, planning, tracking, and analyzing surface ship training and certification requirements and policy. Produce Flag-level briefings, support surface warfare training strategy, manage synthetic training capabilities and LVC initiatives, and align training with POM and Ready Relevant Learning processes. Requires extensive senior surface Navy operational and staff experience and the ability to obtain an active Secret clearance.

Lead and oversee multiple defense system development programs, managing cost, schedule, performance, risks, and stakeholder communications. Maintain program plans, guide teams, implement best practices, support customer engagement, and travel occasionally for meetings and business opportunities.

Design, configure, secure, automate, and document Navy enterprise networks in shipboard and lab environments. Support SD-WAN, IPv6 migration, Zero Trust, and cross-domain solutions; implement NAC, next-gen firewalls, routing/switching, wireless, VoIP, and deployment automation; produce network artifacts and apply DoD STIGs; participate in testing, troubleshooting, and sustainment with cross-functional teams.

Support Navy ASW readiness by observing and analyzing at-sea weapons firings, extracting and reconstructing firing data, assessing weapon and delivery performance, and communicating results in briefings and written reports to naval commands, labs, and program offices.

Provide subject-matter expertise as a qualified AEGIS BMD JTT operator to support technical testing, military exercises, TDL planning and configuration, large-scale joint training events, systems troubleshooting, and AEGIS combat systems operations for BMD command and control functions.
