Develop and execute comprehensive testing for high-availability Navy network architectures, including functional, integration, regression, system, and performance testing. Configure and troubleshoot network equipment, services, VLANs, routing, WAN connectivity, wireless, firewalls, VoIP, and NTP. Document defects, analyze failures, support root-cause analysis, validate security STIGs, maintain technical documentation and automation scripts, and participate in shipboard testing and production installations. Collaborate with systems, software, and cybersecurity engineers to deliver secure, resilient network operations.

Design, build, secure, automate, and operate enterprise Kubernetes infrastructure on Azure, primarily AKS. Responsibilities include cluster architecture, Terraform and Bicep infrastructure as code, Helm and GitOps deployments, networking, identity, RBAC, secrets management, observability, security, resiliency, backup, recovery, lifecycle management, and technical mentorship.

Supports the engineering, modernization, integration, testing, deployment, and troubleshooting of ship-to-shore government networks. Configures Cisco switches, Palo Alto firewalls, and TACLANE devices; maintains network security, routing, switching, and port security; supports LAN/WAN and software-defined networking architecture; conducts interoperability testing and regression testing; reviews technical documentation; and coordinates deployments, system compliance, and integration plans with engineers, administrators, and government stakeholders.

Develop, modernize, test, and sustain mission-critical Java and web applications for government environments. Support TypeScript and Vue.js modernization, Oracle procedures and database functions, security compliance, STIG activities, certificate management, troubleshooting, documentation, and Agile development. Collaborate with government stakeholders and technical teams through peer programming, sprint ceremonies, demonstrations, and technical reporting.

Develop and manage Navy training solutions across the acquisition and training lifecycle. Responsibilities include conducting FEAs and training analyses, creating NTSPs, TRPs, TSPs, and related documentation, applying instructional systems design, coordinating with Navy commands and acquisition offices, developing curricula, supporting training transitions and Fleet validation, and evaluating advanced learning technologies. The role also supports NAVWAR enterprise training initiatives, MPT planning, training equipment installation, and integrated cross-system training strategies.

Serves as an embedded SOCPAC liaison and subject matter expert supporting special operations capability development. Advises theater command staff on emerging technologies, interoperability, rapid fielding, operational capability gaps, and technology sustainment. Builds relationships among SOF end users, decision-makers, industry, and innovation partners; evaluates prototypes and ensures deployed systems support continued mission operations. Requires travel throughout the USPACOM area and to domestic facilities.

Implement and assess cybersecurity controls across information systems and Microsoft Azure environments. Support DoD RMF activities, Zero Trust implementation, ACAS vulnerability scanning, remediation tracking, Azure Policy administration, Microsoft Defender for Cloud assessments, Xacta documentation, infrastructure automation, continuous monitoring, and security-control evidence collection. Collaborate with cloud engineers, system administrators, DevSecOps teams, ISSOs, and cybersecurity personnel while documenting configurations and remediation activities.

Designs, implements, and supports complex Microsoft Azure network infrastructure, including VNets, routing, firewalls, segmentation, private connectivity, hybrid connectivity, and network security controls. Troubleshoots routing, DNS, firewall, latency, and application communication issues; analyzes traffic flows and logs; supports Zero Trust architectures and infrastructure automation. Collaborates with cloud, cybersecurity, infrastructure, application, and systems teams in regulated DoD and Azure Government environments.

Develops and maintains Navy and Marine Corps expeditionary warfare curricula using AIM II and MCTIMS. Creates lesson files, student guides, assessments, media, and test banks; reviews training feedback and recommends improvements. Trains instructors on curriculum systems, conducts instructor evaluations, supports certification decisions, manages training projects, and produces standardized instructional products. Requires Navy and Marine Corps instructor and curriculum-development credentials, expeditionary or joint fires experience, and Secret clearance eligibility.

Serves as the technical and operational authority for threat systems and threat representation in Department of Defense test and training environments. Translates ambiguous customer objectives into executable technical requirements, evaluates threat representation capabilities, and coordinates solutions through planning, integration, execution, and delivery. Acts as a liaison among intelligence, engineering, test, training, operations, customers, and leadership. Provides RF and threat expertise, identifies risks and gaps, and develops technical reports, assessments, recommendations, and briefings.

Deploys, administers, monitors, and troubleshoots Azure Virtual Desktop environments, including host pools, session hosts, images, applications, FSLogix profiles, scaling plans, networking, identity, and security controls. Develops automation using PowerShell, Azure CLI, and infrastructure-as-code tools. Supports Windows desktop environments, user experience optimization, vulnerability remediation, Azure governance, and secure access requirements in regulated or DoD environments.

Supports SMWDC surface warfare requirements and experimentation analysis in San Diego. The analyst works with N8/N9 staff on capability assessments and must bring extensive Surface Warfare Officer experience, Command-and-Control expertise across numbered fleets, and familiarity with staff and fleet operations. WTI or aviation officer qualification is preferred. The role requires U.S. citizenship, an active Secret or higher clearance, and a bachelor's degree.

Provide network engineering and sustainment for CTU 4 tactical systems supporting Navy afloat operations. Maintain, configure, and troubleshoot CANES/NIPR/SIPR enclaves, virtualized environments, and cross-domain interfaces; perform patching, RMF/STIG compliance, vulnerability remediation, and system testing. Coordinate with NIWC, TYCOM, and shipboard personnel, support pier-side and underway testing, produce technical documentation, and assist automation and DevSecOps-aligned hardening where applicable.

Lead technicians supporting electronic warfare programs and solve problems in complex real-time EW environments. Evaluate, troubleshoot, repair, and develop system architectures; support field testing, training, spectrum management, and test accreditation. Senior analyst responsible for developing, planning, tracking, and analyzing surface ship training and certification requirements and policy. Produce Flag-level briefings, support surface warfare training strategy, manage synthetic training capabilities and LVC initiatives, and align training with POM and Ready Relevant Learning processes. Requires extensive senior surface Navy operational and staff experience and the ability to obtain an active Secret clearance.

Provide Surface Warfare subject-matter expertise to develop the Surface Warfare Combat Training Continuum (SWCTC). Support training and certification planning, data analysis, STRMS-based training management, configuration control, issue tracking, process improvements, and deliver briefs to senior Navy leadership. Lead workshops and coordinate with SMWDC, NETC, and fleet stakeholders to improve shipboard training, readiness, and curriculum.

Design and execute system-level tests for DoD systems, develop requirements and test plans, implement and maintain automated test frameworks, integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines, troubleshoot software defects, and support system installation and verification.

Design and develop mechanical components, assemblies, and systems for military electronic platforms using CAD. Select materials and manufacturing processes, create engineering drawings, develop and execute test plans, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with electrical and software teams. Ensure secure-environment design (TEMPEST, cable management), participate in design reviews, and support continuous improvement and documentation.

Support the SMWDC team to analyze surface ship tactical readiness and operational capability across surface, air, and mine warfare. Use Naval surface warfare expertise to improve warfighting training, readiness, and tactical proficiency; contribute to performance analysis and program support.
