Lead enterprise-level program support for government-directed tactical communications initiatives. Manage requirements, resource allocation, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and risk mitigation. Gather information from subject-matter experts, create and maintain information-architecture templates and centralized documentation repositories, and produce alternative media. Collaborate with development and support leads and manage multiple documentation projects concurrently.

Design, develop, and sustain RF/MIL‑SPEC prototype systems using software defined radios. Program SDRs with GNURadio and Python, develop modulation schemes, interact with customers and engineers, and support prototype testing and analysis.

Manage multiple Department of the Workforce (DoW) electronic warfare projects, coordinating mechanical, electrical, and software teams. Oversee budgets, schedules, contract deliverables, customer engagement, test/field events, and resource planning in a rapid acquisition environment.

Design, configure, secure, automate, and sustain Navy enterprise networks across shipboard and lab environments. Support SD-WAN, IPv6 migration, Zero Trust, firewalls, NAC, and cross-domain solutions; create network artifacts, apply STIGs, run diagnostics, collaborate with cybersecurity and systems teams, and participate in shipboard testing and documentation.

Perform systems engineering for Navy Cryptologic Carry-On Equipment and Electronic Warfare programs; design and analyze RF systems, receiver modeling, antenna arrays, and signal processing; ensure systems integration with U.S. Navy warfare systems; work in Windows and Linux environments; maintain required TS/SCI clearance.

Serve as SOCEUR liaison to capture and translate SOF operational requirements into Rapid RDT&E efforts, coordinate evaluations and partner engagements, provide theater-specific operational insight, maintain interagency and allied relationships, produce situational reports, and support capability development and international program engagement across classified and unclassified channels.

Manage planning and implementation of technical military hardware/software projects. Interface with government personnel, perform feasibility and cost analyses, interpret technical requirements, manage logistics support analysis and systems safety studies, and allocate resources to meet project objectives.

Manage government defense programs including budgeting, scheduling, lifecycle costing, trade-off analysis, risk management, supportability, test and evaluation, and requirements development. Provide leadership and supervision, present to senior management, and ensure contract-ready program execution. PMP (or DAWIA) required; Secret clearance required or eligible.

Write, edit, and organize technical publications by collaborating with subject matter experts; maintain document records and revisions; select and create illustrations; study drawings and specifications to produce clear technical documentation for defense programs.

Develop and revise training courses and materials with SMEs; deliver classroom, workshop, seminar, and on-site instruction; create computer-based training content; support training preparation and modification for DoW/tactical vehicle environments.

Manage integrated logistics support (ILS) activities including administrative ILS tasks and supply/procurement functions. Support design, validation, and sustainment analyses for complex mechanical and electro-mechanical systems per statement of work requirements.

Manage and improve logistics and material flow for product life cycles, maintain metrics and compliance, resolve transportation and import/export issues, supervise and train logistics staff, and implement process improvements to meet customer requirements.

Perform visual inspections, troubleshoot equipment, coordinate testing with Test Engineers, supply quality data for regulatory needs, lead failure investigations and recommend corrective actions, and monitor testing to ensure adherence to specifications and protocols.

Lead configuration management for defense vehicle/tactical integration programs: analyze engineering change proposals, ensure configuration identification, develop CM/data management documentation, participate in design reviews and audits, implement computer-based CM systems, create CM plans, and enforce change control so only approved changes update product documents and software.

Former Navy Supply Officer or Chief Petty Officer responsible for managing shipboard supply operations, inventory control, property accountability, material readiness, logistics planning, configuration management, and training. Uses DPAS/GCSS-MC and Microsoft Office, applies Joint Travel Regulations, coordinates travel and readiness, and requires U.S. citizenship and Secret clearance eligibility.
