Develop and test software for electronic warfare systems using C++, Python, Bash, and Linux. Responsibilities include requirements and design specification development, implementation, test planning, system testing, and installation support within a multidisciplinary team. The role requires knowledge of virtualization, containerization, RF signals, and radar technologies, along with the ability to obtain an active Secret clearance.

Leads a team of approximately 20 software engineers developing and maintaining instrumentation radar and threat radar model software. Provides technical leadership, staffing, mentoring, performance management, process improvement, quality assurance, budgeting, proposal support, and customer review participation. Collaborates with program, systems, hardware, quality, recruiting, and human resources teams while ensuring compliance with ISO, CMMI, cybersecurity, and software development standards.

Develops, negotiates, reviews, staffs, and administers bilateral and multilateral international defense agreements. Advises senior leaders, coordinates legal, policy, technical, and international stakeholders, resolves agreement issues, tracks milestones, prepares signature packages, and ensures compliance with disclosure, export-control, fiscal-law, and international-agreements requirements. The role supports RDT&E, acquisition, technology cooperation, logistics, Foreign Military Sales, and security cooperation initiatives.
