Lead technicians supporting electronic warfare programs and solve problems in complex real-time EW environments. Evaluate, troubleshoot, repair, and develop system architectures; support field testing, training, spectrum management, and test accreditation. Develop EA and sensing techniques, test plans, and procedures, while providing expertise in equipment installation, maintenance, calibration, fabrication, certification, and operational testing. Review equipment change proposals and technical data for compliance with engineering plans and contract requirements.

Manage and analyze logistics for Army NetMod program: oversee product lifecycle including acquisition, distribution, allocation, delivery, and disposal. Coordinate ongoing logistical functions to support fielding, modification, sustainment, and technical support of tactical network systems and equipment.

Serves as an embedded SOCPAC liaison and subject matter expert supporting special operations capability development. Advises theater command staff on emerging technologies, interoperability, rapid fielding, operational capability gaps, and technology sustainment. Builds relationships among SOF end users, decision-makers, industry, and innovation partners; evaluates prototypes and ensures deployed systems support continued mission operations. Requires travel throughout the USPACOM area and to domestic facilities.
