Lead enterprise-level program support for government-directed tactical communications initiatives. Manage requirements, resource allocation, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and risk mitigation. Liaise with government IPTs, produce program documentation, and deliver monthly status updates and invoices while ensuring cost, schedule, and performance objectives are met.

Manage and lead Disaster Resiliency Program (DRP) projects at Grand Forks AFB, coordinating military stakeholders, contractors, and internal teams; oversee budgets, schedules, and contract deliverables; ensure RMF/cybersecurity compliance, facility upgrades, environmental remediation, and modernization per Air Force directives; provide technical input, reporting, and liaison duties to support fielding and deployment.

Provide Tier 1-3 systems and email administration supporting Naval NOCs, MOCs, TOCs and afloat units. Administer Domino infrastructure, troubleshoot ship-to-shore connectivity, support fleet exercises, assist Information Assurance and NOC restoral, and coordinate with government and military personnel to ensure operational readiness.
