Serve as the Information Systems Security Officer for a DoD system: create, update, and sustain XACTA/XIAM authorization packages; manage RMF workflows; ensure ICD-503 and NIST 800-37 compliance; perform system security analysis, recommend controls, support assessments, and produce weekly status reports.

Analyze requirements, design, develop, test, implement, document, and support CMCS application solutions for Department of Defense, Air Force, and government customers. Responsibilities include production support, break-fix analysis, interfacing with government systems, working within a structured development lifecycle, and assisting less experienced staff. The role requires strong mainframe expertise, programming knowledge, customer focus, communication skills, creative problem-solving, and effective remote collaboration.

Conduct advanced statistical and mathematical analyses of military health, personnel, deployment, and operational records. Develop and validate statistical models, longitudinal analyses, decision analyses, and data visualizations using SAS, R, Python, MATLAB, and related tools. Integrate and clean complex datasets, document analytical methods, prepare reports and publications, brief stakeholders, support interdisciplinary research, and maintain secure access to Air Force data systems.
