Provide technical direction across cybersecurity, cloud engineering, DevSecOps, AI/ML, and Zero Trust initiatives. Develop architectures, standards, technical plans, and oversee complex engineering execution for DoD-related projects.

Provide Tier 2/3 voice systems maintenance and support for CUCM and related infrastructure at Joint Base Andrews. Install, configure, update, and secure CUCM components; ensure DISA/AF compliance; troubleshoot emergency voice outages; migrate TDM to IP telephony; maintain network diagrams and monitoring tools; and support voice services including E911, voicemail, call center, and DSN integration.

Provide administrative, logistical, financial, HR, facilities, and IT support for C-STARS Omaha training. Coordinate course execution, maintain records/databases, manage inventory and supplies, support budgets and agreements, arrange tours and vehicle/facility upkeep, and assist with student and cadre administrative needs to ensure successful training operations.
