Provides administrative support for an Air Force Research Laboratory customer, including records and case file management, IT equipment account coordination, correspondence, time and attendance data entry, travel and voucher processing, meeting logistics, calendar coordination, document distribution, and phone support. Serves as a professional point of contact for military personnel, government civilians, contractors, and leadership while handling sensitive information with discretion.

Provides Tier 2 and 3 maintenance, troubleshooting, installation, documentation, and operational support for legacy copper, ISDN, POTS, analog, digital, and VoIP telephony systems at Joint Base Andrews. Maintains cabling, diagrams, cutsheets, infrastructure audits, maintenance reports, and emergency location information. Coordinates with engineers and service providers, completes tickets, identifies infrastructure saturation and deterioration, and develops migration strategies for legacy services transitioning to IP-based solutions.

Performs Information Systems Security Officer activities for DoD weapon systems, including developing and sustaining RMF authorization packages in XIAM, analyzing security controls, supporting assessments, maintaining Bodies of Evidence, ensuring ICD-503 and NIST 800-37 compliance, researching security solutions, and providing weekly status reports.
