Build and scale Sierra's international performance marketing across EMEA and APAC by owning paid search and social. Develop localized GTM strategies, identify regional channels, lead campaign strategy and execution, optimize bids/budgets and creative, and use data, attribution, and AI to connect spend to pipeline and revenue while partnering closely with Sales and regional teams.

Design, build, and launch natural-sounding production AI voices for European locales. Record and edit talent, tune voices on Sierra's platform using CLI and code-level tweaks, partner with customers to translate brand needs into voice specs, manage language contractors, and inform platform roadmap to improve voice tooling and measurement.

Own and scale paid search and paid social to drive pipeline and ROI. Manage multi-million-dollar ad budgets, define channel strategy, run experiments, optimize campaigns, and partner cross-functionally to connect spend to pipeline using forecasting, attribution, and AI-enabled automation.

Build and run partner-led GTM operations: planning, forecasting, partner economics, pricing frameworks, CRM data model, reporting, and operational processes to scale partner-sourced revenue and drive cross-functional alignment.

Own end-to-end customer deployments of Sierra's AI platform: architect, deploy, upgrade, and operate infrastructure in customer cloud environments; build repeatable tooling, runbooks, and automation; partner with engineering, security, sales, and customer success to meet security, compliance, and operational requirements.

Counsel product, engineering, operations, and GTM teams on global privacy and AI regulations; build and scale Sierra's privacy program; draft and negotiate DPAs, BAAs, and privacy terms; manage incident response and notifications; develop AI governance and compliance frameworks; monitor regulatory developments and represent Sierra to regulators; create training and mentor junior lawyers.

Build and maintain customer-facing product and marketing web surfaces, develop Sanity-based CMS and structured content models, implement analytics and experimentation, support localization, optimize Core Web Vitals and accessibility, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver polished, performant web experiences.

Provide end-to-end product legal support for Sierra's AI agent platform, advising product and engineering on privacy-by-design, AI regulatory compliance, consumer protection, and telecommunications. Build scalable review processes, counsel on emerging AI rules and governance, partner with privacy and product teams, and shape responsible product launches.

Lead, hire, and develop a high-performing enterprise sales team in UK/I; own regional quota, forecast accuracy, and pipeline quality; coach reps on deal strategy and execution; join key customer conversations; support pricing, negotiation, and close strategy; partner with RevOps for clean data and insights.
