Lead Sierra’s global integrated marketing function, building full-funnel campaigns across digital, offline, and account-based channels. Translate business priorities into pipeline, manage budgets and performance, establish campaign operating rhythms, and optimize investments using attribution and forecasting. Build and lead a high-performing team while partnering with Sales, Operations, Product Marketing, Brand, Events, Communications, Finance, and regional marketing teams. Apply AI and automation to improve research, content adaptation, experimentation, reporting, and campaign execution.

Negotiate and advise on SaaS, technology licensing, services, partner, vendor, privacy, security, and NDA contracts. Build scalable contracting templates, playbooks, and workflows; advise on contract law, intellectual property, privacy, AI regulation, and product issues. Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Agent Development, exercise strategic risk judgment, and mentor junior legal team members.

Own the sales commission platform, including plan configuration, calculation logic, access, data integrations, and annual changes. Build workflows connecting Salesforce, HRIS, payroll, and commission systems; automate processes; create attainment and payout dashboards; and document rules. Partner with Accounting on commission accruals, reconciliations, month-end close, and capitalization while maintaining accurate employee records and confidential pay-data access.
