Manage and mentor an APJ Sales Engineering team across Southeast Asia, Australia and New Zealand, Korea, and Japan. Lead technical sales engagements, build product demos, present solutions, support enterprise customers, establish team KPIs, and partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering. Adapt sales engineering strategies to regional markets, strengthen Sales alignment, and connect customer business needs with Sierra’s AI agent platform for technical and non-technical audiences.

Design and demonstrate AI agent solutions for enterprise customers, provide technical guidance throughout the sales process, and translate customer business needs into product and engineering requirements. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Agent Engineering teams while building executive and technical customer relationships and supporting customer-driven product development.

Build production systems and reusable infrastructure for long-horizon AI agents. Responsibilities include developing feedback loops, evaluation systems, memory, orchestration, integrations, observability, decisioning, and multichannel engagement. The role involves turning prototypes into durable platform capabilities, shaping product architecture, solving complex customer problems, and collaborating across product and engineering. Candidates should have strong systems fundamentals, customer orientation, technical judgment, and experience with Python, TypeScript, or Go and React.
