Designs and develops complex tooling and fixtures for advanced manufacturing processes. Leads process optimization, gated design reviews, validation, and cross-functional improvement projects. Creates CAD models, drawings, and specifications; collaborates with engineers, suppliers, technicians, and operators; supports tooling implementation and training; and ensures compliance with safety, quality, and manufacturing standards.

Assists senior engineers with designing, analyzing, and evaluating mechanical ground support equipment for spacecraft assembly, integration, and testing. Supports work on fixtures, shipping containers, pressure panels, tooling, and transportation equipment; collects and analyzes engineering data; resolves routine technical problems; and prepares technical documentation and reports. Collaborates cross-functionally, follows guidance, meets deadlines, and communicates technical concepts clearly.

Coordinates recruiting activities, including complex interview scheduling across time zones, calendar management, candidate communication, ATS record maintenance, feedback collection, and hiring timeline alignment. Supports recruiting events and identifies opportunities to improve scheduling workflows and candidate experience. Requires accuracy, confidentiality, organization, problem-solving, and collaboration with talent acquisition partners, hiring managers, interviewers, and HR teams.
