Leads Integrated Master Schedule development and maintenance for complex programs, performing critical path, variance, rolling wave, and schedule risk analyses. Prepares executive reports and briefings, incorporates contractual changes, supports Earned Value programs, and ensures DCMA-compliant schedule baselines. Collaborates with program stakeholders and customer SMEs, analyzes data, manages contract schedules, and mentors team members.

Develops and integrates complex spacecraft systems through requirements decomposition, architecture definition, concept of operations, system integration, and verification. The role supports technical milestone reviews, manages risks and performance measures, maintains traceability and configuration baselines, and collaborates with cross-functional engineering teams. It may lead small systems engineering teams and mentor junior engineers while ensuring compliance with engineering processes and standards.
