Teams at Sierra Space

Leads and executes aerospace system testing, integration, verification, and validation activities. Develops test plans, procedures, reports, and technical analyses; manages requirements, system integration, and non-conformances; troubleshoots complex testing issues; uses specialized testing equipment and methodologies; and provides technical guidance to less experienced engineers and cross-functional stakeholders.

Supports verification and validation testing of aerospace systems and components. Assists with test planning, execution, documentation, troubleshooting, systems integration, non-conformance disposition, and preparation of test data and technical reports. Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams under senior engineer guidance while applying engineering, quality assurance, and systems integration principles.

Leads legislative and government relations strategy focused on the U.S. federal budget, Department of Defense, and NASA. Conducts policy, regulatory, and legislative research; analyzes government activity; prepares reports and presentations; and develops advocacy campaigns. Represents Sierra Space in government meetings, industry events, and customer engagements while managing stakeholders, deadlines, and competing priorities. Mentors junior team members and supports the Government Relations team’s external engagement and strategic objectives.
