Perform root cause analysis and corrective actions, lead Lean/Six Sigma process improvements, conduct process validation, support preventive maintenance, create SOPs/work instructions, read engineering drawings/schematics, analyze production data, and collaborate cross-functionally to optimize production and resolve technical issues.

Design, develop, test, and architect complex software systems for space and defense applications. Write maintainable code, use Git, participate in code reviews, troubleshoot issues, document processes, stay current with industry trends, and mentor junior engineers while collaborating in Agile teams.
