Recruit, engage, and train volunteers and community partners across eastern North Carolina to advance Sierra Club campaigns. Plan and run outreach, education, events, coalition-building, and mobilization using digital tools and in-person tactics, track volunteer data, and support equitable, frontline-centered organizing.

Build, enhance, and integrate Salesforce-based CRM tools. Define requirements, design, code, test, deploy, and support systems. Deliver reports/dashboards, contribute to CRM architecture, collaborate with stakeholders and vendors, and mentor teammates.

Support Sierra Club San Diego’s climate and conservation campaigns through community outreach, volunteer engagement, policy and environmental research, event coordination, communications, and data tracking to advance local advocacy and chapter priorities.

Lead the Kentucky Chapter to implement Sierra Club policies and goals: strategic planning, fundraising, budgeting, staff and volunteer management, compliance, media and digital outreach, coalition-building, and public representation. Oversee chapter operations, support volunteer leadership, and work with the Executive Committee and regional staff to grow programs and ensure legal and organizational compliance. Evening and weekend availability often required.

Provide legal support for national environmental campaigns: evaluate proposed litigation, oversee the national docket, advise chapters, secure pro bono counsel, integrate legal tactics into campaigns, ensure equity in litigation, and assist as counsel in select cases during the second year under supervision.
