The Client Solutions Lead translates client requirements into solutions, manages reporting needs, and coordinates with teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

The Sales Director will drive revenue growth, manage client relationships, and lead complex sales processes for Siepe's SaaS and services platform.

Provide first-line technical support for primarily cloud-based financial clients and internal users. Deliver white-glove onsite and remote assistance for workstations, conference rooms, applications, and networking; monitor tickets and alerts, perform routine maintenance, manage AD/Entra ID and Microsoft 365 environments, escalate incidents, maintain inventory, and support implementations and business development as needed.
