Provide 24/7 open-source, social media, and vendor feed monitoring to detect global security threats; draft alerts and analytical reports; support threat monitoring for travel, events, and incidents; convey recommendations during crises; collaborate with global analysts to improve assessment techniques and deliver actionable intelligence to internal stakeholders. Work on-site in Austin with flexible scheduling including weekends and holidays.

Embedded within a client team, the analyst monitors all-source information to identify threats and trends, conducts threat actor assessments and investigations, supports talent/executive protection and event security, responds to critical incidents, and delivers concise intelligence reporting to stakeholders.

Monitor client security worldwide, collect and analyse open-source intelligence, produce tactical intelligence products, triage incidents, support incident management, conduct investigations into persons of interest, and engage stakeholders to provide timely operational guidance and reporting.

Embed with a global client's physical security intelligence team to monitor OSINT and vendor feeds, conduct risk and threat actor investigations (including deep/dark web), produce tactical and strategic intelligence, support crisis response and protective intelligence protocols, and provide actionable reports for the Americas while collaborating cross-functionally.

Lead and manage an embedded GSOC intelligence team delivering 24/7 threat monitoring, horizon scanning, incident response, and analytic products. Act as primary client contact, drive process and product improvements, manage training, onboarding/offboarding, QA, and coordinate with security verticals to ensure actionable intelligence and service delivery.
