Monitor incidents, alerts, and security systems within a 24/7 GSOC; triage, verify, document, escalate, and coordinate responses. Conduct OSINT and SOCMINT research, horizon scanning, threat assessments, and impact analysis to identify geopolitical and security risks. Produce concise intelligence reports and briefings, support crisis communications, and monitor CCTV, alarms, and access control systems. Work rotating shifts onsite in Toronto, including nights and weekends.

Monitor global security, geopolitical, and emerging threats using open-source, social media, and vendor feeds. Produce actionable intelligence briefings, incident alerts, and analytical reports. Support travel, event, and operational threat monitoring; triage, verify, classify, escalate, and coordinate incidents according to SOPs. The role also includes crisis communications, security operations monitoring, CCTV and access control oversight, alarm response, and collaboration with stakeholders in a rotating 24/7 onsite GSOC environment.

The HR Manager supports the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits, performance management, employee relations, HR policy administration, compliance, and HRIS recordkeeping. The role also contributes to people analytics, competency development, change initiatives, and company-wide HR programs while collaborating with Talent Acquisition, Finance, and operations teams.
