The role requires cross-functional collaboration with MEMS, electronics, mechanical, software, and systems teams, along with contributions to product improvement, patents, and technical publications.

Leads architecture, design, development, optimization, integration, characterization, and validation of complex optical systems for sensor products. Provides technical leadership across optics programs, drives trade-off analyses and technology selection, resolves performance and reliability challenges, reviews designs and documentation, mentors engineers, collaborates with suppliers and research partners, and contributes to patents, prototypes, roadmaps, and continuous improvement.

Plans, manages, and optimizes global B2B paid media and lead-generation campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other channels. Improves performance using conversion tracking, CRM integrations, attribution, analytics, and reporting. Supports email nurturing, retargeting, and reactivation campaigns while optimizing against lead quality, pipeline, revenue, ROI, CPL, and CAC. Uses first-party data, AI tools, and marketing technology to improve targeting and campaign outcomes.

Validates and characterizes inertial systems through automated testing, hardware debugging, signal integrity analysis, embedded firmware review, and data analysis. Develops test plans, scripts, and device drivers; debugs C firmware and SPI/I2C interfaces; uses laboratory equipment to diagnose PCB and communication issues; and documents validation results while collaborating with design, firmware, and production teams.

Create and manage B2B marketing content across websites, blogs, email campaigns, social media, print collateral, video scripts, and sales materials. Apply SEO and email marketing best practices, coordinate content calendars, collaborate with designers and video editors, and support events and broader marketing initiatives. The role requires exceptional written English, familiarity with B2B funnels and lifecycle marketing, strong proofreading, adaptability, and five years of relevant experience.
