Teams at Si-Ware Systems

Conduct research and engineering for MEMS-based mid-infrared FTIR analyzers, including optical design, modeling, fabrication, integration, packaging, characterization, and prototype testing. Develop disposable microfluidic sampling accessories for healthcare and field applications. Support co-integration of MEMS/PIC chips with light sources, detectors, optical components, electronics, and processing systems. Contribute to literature reviews, technical publications, patents, design reviews, supplier collaboration, and multidisciplinary product development.

Create graphic design assets, motion graphics, animations, UI designs, websites, marketing pages, presentations, and digital campaigns. Translate complex technical concepts into compelling visual experiences, develop reusable design systems, prototype in Figma, build responsive pages in Webflow, and maintain brand consistency. Collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering teams while managing multiple projects and incorporating AI-assisted creative tools.

Supports the development, modeling, characterization, calibration, and validation of sensor and spectral sensing products. Responsibilities include system requirements, architecture studies, performance analysis, laboratory testing, automated test setup development, failure investigation, yield analysis, technical documentation, and cross-functional collaboration across optics, MEMS, electronics, software, mechanical, and manufacturing teams.
