Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns including display, retargeting, social media, and landing pages. Track and report performance against KPIs and ROI, create tracking links, run A/B tests and conversion experiments, collaborate with internal teams and vendors, maintain social presence, handle social feedback, and produce ad hoc reports to drive website traffic and acquire leads.

Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close and financial reporting; coordinate external audits; apply ASC 606 revenue recognition; oversee construction accounting and job-costing; improve accounting policies, controls, and automation; supervise and develop accounting staff; support cash flow, consolidations, system enhancements, and special projects.

Manage day-to-day operations for an assigned portfolio of rental properties: owner and tenant communications, rent collection, lease renewals, evictions, inspections, coordinate with maintenance/construction teams, file insurance claims, ensure regulatory compliance (Section 8/HUD), and produce property reports and records.
