Owns portfolio margin improvement across the product lifecycle by optimizing manufacturing footprints, sourcing, product offerings, allocations, specifications, SKUs, and inventory. Leads opportunity planning, scenario modeling, business cases, new product launches, and potential M&A evaluations. Partners with Strategic Marketing, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Sales, and Market Development to reduce costs, improve value propositions, manage capacity, and support profitable growth.

Provides Tier I and II technical support for local, global, and remote users. Troubleshoots Windows, Microsoft 365, hardware, peripherals, networking, accounts, and software issues; manages ITSM tickets, asset inventory, infrastructure documentation, SOPs, user training, and software platform administration.

Owns and improves enterprise supply chain planning processes, including supply, inventory, capacity, S&OP/IBP, and available-to-promise. Leads global standards, governance, continuous improvement, process redesign, planning-system enhancements, analytics, KPI management, and transformation initiatives. Partners cross-functionally to improve service, inventory, working capital, cost, and productivity. Develops business cases, requirements, dashboards, training, and executive insights while supporting master data governance and organizational capability building.

Leads automation and process control implementation across manufacturing facilities. Responsibilities include programming, system integration, troubleshooting, lifecycle planning, process control strategy development, startup support, cybersecurity, maintenance, training, capital planning, and continuous improvement. The role supports DeltaV, Foxboro, historian, and Rockwell PLC systems while partnering with production, engineering, quality, and affiliate sites to improve safety, reliability, efficiency, and manufacturing performance.

Supports chemical plant production through process troubleshooting, root cause analysis, process control optimization, yield and OEE improvement, safety reviews, SOP development, incident investigations, and Lean/Six Sigma initiatives. Partners with Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, and Production on facility projects, controls, raw material utilization, KPIs, and continuous improvement. Requires a chemical engineering degree or equivalent, at least five years of chemical plant engineering experience, and experience with batch, semi-batch, continuous processing, and controls.

Provide multi-site HR support including payroll/benefits/timekeeping inquiries, recruiting and onboarding (including Intern/Co-op), HRIS data and reporting, records management, site coordination, vendor support, SharePoint content maintenance, and process improvement. Escalate complex or sensitive issues to HR partners.

Lead mechanical engineer providing technical/troubleshooting support for plant operations, driving continuous improvement projects, designing pumping/pressure vessel modifications, managing capital projects and contractors, and supporting on-call high-priority processes.

Implement, support, and maintain plant automation systems (DCS/PLCs/historians). Develop control strategies, troubleshoot, perform start-ups, train operators, support IT/OT convergence and cybersecurity, participate in safety and continuous improvement initiatives.

Manage and grow assigned chemical-industry accounts to meet sales and margin targets through territory planning, contract negotiation, new business development, CRM pipeline management (SFDC), and collaboration with technical and support teams.

Lead process safety, optimize continuous processes, design process bases for capital projects, support plant troubleshooting/commissioning, run PHAs/LOPAs and MOCs, and mentor production engineers to improve yield, energy, capacity, and quality.
