Manage and grow assigned chemical-industry accounts to meet sales and margin targets through territory planning, contract negotiation, new business development, CRM pipeline management (SFDC), and collaboration with technical and support teams.

Lead process safety, optimize continuous processes, design process bases for capital projects, support plant troubleshooting/commissioning, run PHAs/LOPAs and MOCs, and mentor production engineers to improve yield, energy, capacity, and quality.

Lead North America procurement operations, managing buyers and sourcing strategies. Oversee P2P, ERP data standards, vendor/material master, supplier relationship management, compliance, inventory/SIOP/MRP alignment, contract and KPI management, and continuous improvement.

Lead mechanical engineer providing technical/troubleshooting support for plant operations, driving continuous improvement projects, designing pumping/pressure vessel modifications, managing capital projects and contractors, and supporting on-call high-priority processes.

Lead global design, standardization, and continuous improvement of end-to-end supply chain and manufacturing processes. Own SAP-enabled process excellence, drive automation and digital transformation (AI/ML, RPA, advanced analytics), establish global KPIs and governance, optimize planning and manufacturing execution, improve logistics and hazardous materials compliance, and build regional change management and continuous improvement capabilities.

Support and improve chemical production by troubleshooting processes, leading root-cause analysis, implementing continuous improvement (LEAN/Six Sigma), supporting process safety (PHA, LOPA, MOC, PSSR, CAPA), optimizing raw material use and OEE, developing process engineering packages, supporting DCS (Yokogawa) control optimization, and ensuring EHS and quality compliance.

Implement, support, and maintain plant automation systems (DCS/PLCs/historians). Develop control strategies, troubleshoot, perform start-ups, train operators, support IT/OT convergence and cybersecurity, participate in safety and continuous improvement initiatives.

Lead development and execution of MRO category strategies for chemical manufacturing, manage supplier relationships and negotiations, leverage data analytics and financial metrics (ROI/TCO) to drive sourcing decisions, mitigate supply chain risks, manage cross-functional sourcing projects, and lead sourcing teams to deliver value and performance.

Lead North American R&D for specialty chemicals: manage labs and global teams, prioritize and execute NPD/NAD pipelines, ensure safety/compliance and IP protection, partner with commercial and manufacturing to scale and launch products, recruit and develop talent, and represent the company at industry venues.

Lead global implementation of Risk Based Process Safety (RBPS), develop process safety programs and standards, support operations and capital projects, conduct assessments and investigations, oversee metrics and audits, and facilitate networks of process safety SMEs and steering teams.
