Leads safe, compliant chemical manufacturing operations, including production, EHS, quality, maintenance, engineering, capital projects, and cost management. Drives lean manufacturing, process efficiency, equipment reliability, regulatory compliance, and adherence to ISO 9001 and RC14001 standards. Oversees SIOP commitments, budgets, audits, investigations, and capital execution while developing site strategies and leading manufacturing and engineering teams.

Leads automation and process control implementation across manufacturing facilities. Responsibilities include programming, system integration, troubleshooting, lifecycle planning, process control strategy development, startup support, cybersecurity, maintenance, training, capital planning, and continuous improvement. The role supports DeltaV, Foxboro, historian, and Rockwell PLC systems while partnering with production, engineering, quality, and affiliate sites to improve safety, reliability, efficiency, and manufacturing performance.

Manage customer orders from receipt through billing, including ERP data entry, pricing and freight coordination, shipping documentation, invoicing, returns, complaints, and customer inquiries. Maintain accurate customer records, support ERP testing and specialized inventory processes, monitor order trends, prepare reports, and coordinate with logistics, sales, marketing, freight providers, and customers. Participate in emergency supply coverage and travel to customer sites or meetings as needed.
