Teams at SI Group

Supports chemical plant production through process troubleshooting, root cause analysis, process control optimization, yield and OEE improvement, safety reviews, SOP development, incident investigations, and Lean/Six Sigma initiatives. Partners with Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, and Production on facility projects, controls, raw material utilization, KPIs, and continuous improvement. Requires a chemical engineering degree or equivalent, at least five years of chemical plant engineering experience, and experience with batch, semi-batch, continuous processing, and controls.

Provide multi-site HR support including payroll/benefits/timekeeping inquiries, recruiting and onboarding (including Intern/Co-op), HRIS data and reporting, records management, site coordination, vendor support, SharePoint content maintenance, and process improvement. Escalate complex or sensitive issues to HR partners.

Lead development and execution of EHS policies, training, emergency response, and field EHS tasks at the Texas site. Manage OSHA VPP program, conduct incident investigations, deliver regulatory-required and emergency response training, and oversee EHS inspections, audits, and equipment readiness. Serve as Confined Space Entry Authorizer and provide technical support for LOTO, hot work, industrial hygiene, and other safety processes.
