Supports supply chain operations through data analysis, reporting, process automation, technology optimization, system enhancements, and decision-support tools. Partners with business and technology teams to improve workflows, data accuracy, and operational efficiency. Coordinates projects, requirements, testing, implementation, documentation, training, defect resolution, and ongoing optimization for supply chain systems and applications.

Configure and build enhancements and capital projects within Epic Tapestry UM (Service Authorizations). Responsibilities include implementation, workflows, troubleshooting, testing, go-live support, technical documentation, demos, and managing/prioritizing multiple tasks or projects.

Support delivery of AI-driven applications and data platforms by assisting project managers with planning, tracking, and executing initiatives. Coordinate timelines, deliverables, cross-functional teams, documentation, status reports, risks, and go-live activities. Maintain project artifacts in Jira/Smartsheet and support client communication and deployment coordination.
