Provides technical supervision for high- and moderate-complexity blood laboratory testing. Oversees laboratory personnel, quality assurance and quality control, method and instrument validation, troubleshooting, CAPA, regulatory compliance, inspections, documentation, and competency assessment. Ensures accurate, timely, defensible patient results while supporting continuous improvement and compliant clinical laboratory operations.

Coordinates recruiting, interviews, hiring events, onboarding, employee assignment support, staffing records, client communication, and recruiting activity reporting. Serves as a bilingual English-Spanish contact for candidates and employees, resolves questions, tracks hiring progress, supports compliance documentation, and helps address attendance or assignment concerns in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Support delivery of AI-driven applications and data platforms by assisting project managers with planning, tracking, and executing initiatives. Coordinate timelines, deliverables, cross-functional teams, documentation, status reports, risks, and go-live activities. Maintain project artifacts in Jira/Smartsheet and support client communication and deployment coordination.
