Lead Shutterstock’s global Data Licensing expansion organization, owning retention, revenue growth, strategic account development, and expansion across complex enterprise customers. Build account strategies, identify whitespace, manage renewals and negotiations, develop executive relationships, and establish repeatable forecasting and pipeline processes. Lead and coach a global enterprise sales team while partnering with Product, Legal, Finance, and Operations to grow multi-year customer partnerships and inform commercial strategy.

Leads strategy, customer experience, roadmap, and execution for Shutterstock’s AI Data Platform. Owns discovery, evaluation, access, APIs, integrations, AI-native workflows, platform monetization, and business outcomes. Partners with engineering, design, AI/ML, sales, and business development teams; guides technical strategy and iterative delivery; and builds a high-performing platform product organization. Requires strong product leadership, technical fluency, zero-to-one platform experience, customer insight, and executive influence.

Operate and evolve GIPHY’s cloud, CDN, Kubernetes, and CI/CD infrastructure at internet scale. Improve reliability, scalability, deployment safety, developer experience, and cost efficiency. Design multi-region Kubernetes environments, troubleshoot complex production incidents across infrastructure layers, and apply observability, automation, infrastructure as code, and AI-assisted engineering practices. Partner with development teams to resolve issues and drive upgrades, patching, optimization, and technical debt reduction.

Leads strategic enterprise sales across major Korean corporations and subsidiaries. Builds senior executive relationships, develops account strategies, drives upsell, cross-sell, renewals, and expansions, and manages complex negotiations through closure. Owns forecasting, pipeline development, customer data in Salesforce, and cross-functional collaboration with account management, product, marketing, legal, procurement, and finance teams. Requires fluency in English and Korean, enterprise sales expertise, and travel for client meetings as needed.

Lead strategic account revenue growth through new business acquisition, branded content partnerships, pipeline forecasting, and long-term relationship management with Fortune 100, FAANG, agency, and media clients. Own a substantial book of business, exceed sales targets, negotiate high-value deals, collaborate cross-functionally on campaign delivery, represent GIPHY at industry events, and mentor or coach team members.

Process and audit end-to-end U.S. and Canadian payroll through Workday, ensuring compliance and accuracy across multiple jurisdictions. Manage payroll inputs, audits, reconciliations, employee inquiries, manual checks, Canadian ROE processing, and issue resolution. Support EMEA and APAC payroll through ADP Streamline, use ADP SmartCompliance for tax and ancillary services, assist with audits and year-end activities, and maintain payroll procedures and documentation.
