Leads customer-centered strategic marketing across global business pillars, owning market insights, brand governance, regional growth plans, product commercialization, pricing, segmentation, and launch execution. Partners with Sales, Product Management, Finance, Operations, and regional leaders to drive profitable growth. Develops the strategic marketing team and aligns cross-functional execution through clear priorities, governance, and decision rights.

Leads business unit sales strategy, channel development, customer market planning, sales targets, market surveys, pricing negotiations, sampling, order management, and market analysis. Partners with leadership to provide strategic and operational input and supports brand-building initiatives across communications, experiences, and technology. Requires customer travel and industry trade show attendance.
