Sources, qualifies, and manages suppliers of films, backing materials, adhesives, and related raw materials. Leads RFQs, technical and commercial evaluations, supplier negotiations, cost-reduction initiatives, performance management, risk mitigation, and dual-sourcing strategies. Collaborates with R&D, Engineering, Quality, Operations, and Sales to ensure material quality, cost, availability, and performance. Maintains sourcing data and analyzes spend, supplier performance, costs, and supply risks. Travel to supplier, customer, and industry locations is required.

Safely and accurately pick, sort, assemble, and prepare customer orders in a logistics center. Responsibilities include operating a motorized pallet jack, using warehouse management and radio-frequency systems, performing value-added services, unloading and palletizing products, cycle counting, maintaining cleanliness, and meeting quality, accuracy, safety, and productivity standards.

Leads research and development of pressure-sensitive adhesive tapes, including formulation, coating methods, characterization, scale-up, commercialization, and troubleshooting. Manages NPD projects, applies design of experiments and statistical analysis, evaluates patent and research literature, develops intellectual property, and collaborates with suppliers, customers, academia, manufacturing, marketing, and executive leadership. Provides technical guidance, plant support, and mentoring while identifying emerging technologies and unmet market needs.
