Designs, develops, tests, debugs, documents, and maintains platform-independent GUI applications for audio products and networking technologies. Collaborates with business, marketing, testing, and systems engineering stakeholders to define requirements and use cases. Develops applications using TypeScript and Angular, researches development technologies, supports software architecture, estimates and documents tasks, and contributes to agile development, continuous integration, and continuous testing processes.

Leads quality data engineering and analytics initiatives, including data pipelines, integrations, databases, dashboards, governance, automation, and AI-enabled solutions. Translates business requirements into scalable systems, analyzes quality trends, improves processes, administers quality platforms, and partners with IT and vendors. Provides technical leadership, training, mentoring, and support while driving adoption of Power Platform, intelligent agents, copilots, and responsible AI practices.

Builds and optimizes enterprise quality data solutions, including pipelines, integrations, databases, dashboards, analytics platforms, and cloud technologies. Partners with Quality, IT, business teams, and vendors to translate requirements into scalable data, automation, reporting, and AI solutions. Governs data management, security, compliance, and lifecycle practices; supports quality systems and users; analyzes quality trends; and drives continuous process improvement. The role also leads AI-enabled solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, AI Builder, and Power Platform.
