Leads quality data engineering and analytics initiatives, including data pipelines, integrations, databases, dashboards, governance, automation, and AI-enabled solutions. Translates business requirements into scalable systems, analyzes quality trends, improves processes, administers quality platforms, and partners with IT and vendors. Provides technical leadership, training, mentoring, and support while driving adoption of Power Platform, intelligent agents, copilots, and responsible AI practices.

Leads complex software product development initiatives from requirements and UX through implementation, testing, and release. Coordinates globally distributed, cross-functional teams, technical dependencies, vendors, budgets, risks, resources, and timelines. Provides project governance reporting, manages scope and problem-solving, coaches project members, and drives continuous process improvement. The role focuses on ShureCloud and software licensing and requires strong knowledge of software development, agile methods, and project leadership.

Provides tooling and plastics engineering expertise for product design and manufacturing. Responsibilities include tooling concept development, design reviews, drawing approval, supplier and factory coordination, tooling schedules, quality assurance, buy-offs, manufacturing troubleshooting, cost reduction, and process research. The role covers injection molding, stamping, die casting, cosmetic finishing, labeling, and multiple tooling manufacturing operations while supporting pilot builds and managing development projects.
