Oversees enterprise applications, help desk operations, cybersecurity, privacy, physical security, disaster recovery, vendors, licensing, budgeting, and technology lifecycle management. Leads technology staff, develops policies and business cases, evaluates solutions and partners, manages organizational risks, and coordinates technology initiatives across Shriners International and Shriners Children’s.
