Supports human resources administration, including employee contracts, payroll system updates, hiring and termination processes, personnel files, recruitment coordination, onboarding, performance evaluations, promotions, training records, work-risk reporting, employee documentation, turnover analysis, and vacation reconciliation. Coordinates with managers, candidates, payroll, and training staff to maintain accurate employee records and meet HR deadlines.

Performs investment and trust accounting, reconciliations, journal entries, fee calculations, financial and regulatory reporting, audit support, and trust distributions. Processes portfolio transactions, maintains accounting records, supports compliance with accounting standards and trust agreements, coordinates with custodians, investment managers, auditors, and internal teams, and contributes to process improvements and internal controls. The role is hybrid in the Greater Tampa Bay area.

Provides direct administrative support to the Director of Patient Care Services and clinical departments. Responsibilities include calendar and schedule management, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, minutes, correspondence, filing systems, phone coverage, space scheduling, catering, confidential communications, and special projects. The role also directs employees, visitors, and patient families to appropriate resources while managing multiple deadlines and maintaining high-quality documentation.
