Coordinates clinical research studies involving pediatric participants, including regulatory compliance, ethical recruitment and consent, study implementation, data and specimen collection, subject safety, data quality, and safeguarding. Serves as the primary liaison among research participants, investigators, sponsors, regulatory agencies, and research leadership while supporting system-wide and local clinical research activities.

Leads all aspects of a pediatric hospital’s performance, including financial and volume goals, quality care, patient outcomes, satisfaction, regulatory compliance, safety, and stewardship. Provides strategic and values-based oversight to facility management and medical staff, drives organizational transformation and continuous improvement, develops leadership partnerships, and identifies operational efficiencies and resource optimization opportunities.

Administer and configure Workday HCM, Benefits, Absence, and Compensation modules, with additional support for Workday Financials or Supply Chain Management. Maintain business processes, eligibility rules, validations, reporting structures, and data accuracy; troubleshoot user issues, implement releases and enhancements, and partner with HR leadership and operations.
