Lead and mentor Mid-Market and Enterprise Customer Success teams to drive retention, adoption, and expansion. Set KPIs and account health metrics, manage NRR and churn, collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support, leverage analytics to track performance, refine CSM playbooks, and advocate for large automotive repair operator workflows.

Lead technical SEO and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) to grow organic traffic and AI citations. Own audits, experiments, on-page optimization, schema/structured data, indexing and crawl fixes, and analytics. Build dashboards linking organic activity to business outcomes, write product requirements, and partner with engineering. Use AI tools and custom tooling to scale content and testing, distribute content across platforms, and develop internal playbooks on SEO/GEO best practices.

The Account Executive will drive revenue growth by targeting potential clients, maintaining a sales pipeline, and executing sales strategies. Collaboration with various teams and effective customer communication are key responsibilities.

The Sales Development Representative identifies and sources new sales opportunities, schedules product demonstrations, and assists the Account Executive team while meeting daily KPIs and quotas.

Drive adoption of Shopmonkey Payments by prospecting into existing customers, developing and executing growth plans, performing rate analysis, selling card reader terminals, managing CRM, providing onboarding/support, and meeting monthly quotas and KPIs.

Lead a cross-functional squad to define strategy, prioritize and scope features, drive execution from ideation to launch, champion customer needs via research and data, and measure product success to iterate and optimize.
