Build and manage referral relationships with physicians, case managers, discharge planners, patients, and families to promote rehabilitation services. Assess clinical appropriateness, facilitate referrals through admission, educate stakeholders, develop assigned markets, meet admission targets, deliver presentations, maintain referral databases, analyze market activity, and support customer service and reporting. The role requires a licensed clinician with clinical assessment expertise, sales aptitude, strong communication skills, and a valid driver’s license.

Provides legal and healthcare compliance advice across clinical, operational, research, privacy, contractual, regulatory, and litigation matters. Drafts and negotiates healthcare and commercial agreements, monitors laws and regulations, supports audits and investigations, responds to subpoenas and agency inquiries, advises on patient complaints, and represents the organization before courts and government agencies. Collaborates with compliance, clinical, HR, finance, and other departments to manage legal risk and implement compliant processes.

Oversees education standards, regulatory compliance, simulation and learning innovations, career pathways, budgets, staffing, and program evaluation. Partners with nursing, clinical, operational, executive, and HR leaders to strengthen workforce capability, engagement, retention, succession planning, and patient-care outcomes.

Manage a portfolio of 120–150 donors and prospects, securing and stewarding major gifts of $100,000–$1 million. Develop engagement, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship strategies; collaborate with physicians, researchers, leaders, and advancement teams; prepare donor proposals and correspondence; track fundraising metrics and CRM data; and plan high-touch donor visits, events, and initiatives.

Provides Tier 1 hardware and software support through telephone and face-to-face assistance. Resolves technology issues, installs and troubleshoots hardware, software, peripherals, PCs, and printers, documents tickets and resolutions, prepares status reports, and supports network and application teams. Requires occasional travel to Chicagoland remote sites and the ability to move hardware weighing up to 30 pounds.

Perform financial analysis, modeling, projections, and reporting to support budgeting, capital tracking, treasury functions, and business development. Collaborate with department managers, prepare monthly financial and capital reports, identify process improvements, perform risk and cost-variation analysis (including advanced statistical techniques), and support decision-making in a complex healthcare environment.

Purchase and manage inventory of pharmaceuticals for the Department of Pharmacy, select vendors, process purchase orders, handle recalls/returns, prepare inventory reports, assist pharmacists with controlled inventory, and perform pharmacy technician duties while supporting departmental operations and training.

Design and maintain secure, scalable data infrastructure and pipelines to ingest, process, and deliver structured and unstructured hospital data. Implement HIPAA-aligned data security, track data quality and lifecycle, perform capacity planning, mapping, ETL, modeling, and define governance and standards for storage, transformation, and analytics to support clinical, research, and business stakeholders.

Designs, deploys, monitors, and scales machine learning models and infrastructure. Builds CI/CD pipelines for training/deployment, manages ML resources, implements model monitoring, curates clinical datasets, and collaborates with data scientists and clinicians to optimize model performance.

Assist in deploying, monitoring, and maintaining machine learning models and infrastructure. Support data curation, implement and test ML algorithms, help build CI/CD pipelines, automate training/deployment, troubleshoot production issues, and follow organizational security and safety practices while working under supervision.
