Build and manage referral relationships with physicians, case managers, discharge planners, patients, and families to promote rehabilitation services. Assess clinical appropriateness, facilitate referrals through admission, educate stakeholders, develop assigned markets, meet admission targets, deliver presentations, maintain referral databases, analyze market activity, and support customer service and reporting. The role requires a licensed clinician with clinical assessment expertise, sales aptitude, strong communication skills, and a valid driver’s license.

Provides legal and healthcare compliance advice across clinical, operational, research, privacy, contractual, regulatory, and litigation matters. Drafts and negotiates healthcare and commercial agreements, monitors laws and regulations, supports audits and investigations, responds to subpoenas and agency inquiries, advises on patient complaints, and represents the organization before courts and government agencies. Collaborates with compliance, clinical, HR, finance, and other departments to manage legal risk and implement compliant processes.

Provides system-wide strategic leadership for nursing and clinical education, competency assessment, professional development, workforce readiness, leadership development, and transition-to-practice programs. Oversees education standards, regulatory compliance, simulation and learning innovations, career pathways, budgets, staffing, and program evaluation. Partners with nursing, clinical, operational, executive, and HR leaders to strengthen workforce capability, engagement, retention, succession planning, and patient-care outcomes.
