Plans, coordinates, and implements departmental projects and events. Develops work plans, monitors project status, manages day-to-day activities, prepares reports and statistical analyses, tracks hours and expenses, supports budgets, and maintains project documentation. The role requires strong organization, communication, collaboration, analytical, and project management skills in a healthcare rehabilitation environment.

Provides supervised respiratory therapy and patient care for adult, pediatric, and geriatric inpatients. Duties include airway assessments, oxygen and carbon dioxide monitoring, suctioning, airway clearance therapies, nebulized medication administration, equipment replacement and stocking, infection-control compliance, and electronic documentation. Requires enrollment in or recent graduation from an accredited respiratory care program and current American Heart Association BLS certification.

Coordinates point-of-care testing and laboratory quality activities, including quality control, competency assessments, equipment troubleshooting, regulatory documentation, operational metrics, and inspection readiness. Supports phlebotomy, specimen processing, EKG services, research specimen coordination, laboratory workflows, and continuous improvement. Collaborates with clinical, research, nursing, physician, vendor, and laboratory teams while assisting the Laboratory Manager with compliance and operational initiatives.
