Lead and scale advancement services including CRM/Blackbaud, data governance, analytics, prospect management, gift processing, direct response, events, and stewardship. Drive operational efficiency, campaign readiness, cross-functional alignment, and a donor-centered, data-driven fundraising program while managing and developing a multi-disciplinary team.

Manages daily operations of a biologics laboratory and biorepository supporting biomedical research. Coordinates shared resources, purchasing, equipment maintenance, vendors, workflows, safety training, regulatory compliance, and emergency response for stored biospecimens. Serves as Chemical Hygiene Officer, maintaining safety plans, inspections, records, chemical inventories, and corrective actions. Supports molecular, cellular, and organismal biology researchers while ensuring reliable laboratory infrastructure and compliance with institutional biosafety, IRB, and IACUC requirements.

Leads the strategic, operational, financial, clinical, fabrication, logistics, and administrative functions of Prosthetics and Orthotics services across the care system. Oversees quality, compliance, patient experience, reimbursement, budgets, staffing, business development, service expansion, and performance improvement. Builds interdisciplinary and external partnerships, supports research and education, and develops leaders and staff while advancing access, innovation, and sustainable program growth.
