Their idea was to address the paradox of e-commerce: retailers spend billions to acquire new customers while 80% of their business comes from former consumers. The loyalty of e-commerce brands is strongly correlated to the security and speed of delivery: that's why Shipup comes in. Shipup raised over 7 million funds to accelerate its international development (Europe & USA). In 2022, Shipup is acquired by Global Blue to enrich its post-purchase offering, helping retailers extend their customer journey. Based in New York and Paris, the company has over 60 employees.
