Plan, execute, and optimize full-funnel B2B marketing campaigns spanning brand awareness, demand generation, performance marketing, events, product launches, customer expansion, and sales activation. Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, manage campaign timelines and budgets, enable Sales, and measure performance across the funnel. Use CRM and marketing automation data to track attribution, pipeline impact, customer outcomes, and revenue contribution while improving campaign processes and effectiveness.

Investigate complex Tier 2 customer issues involving platform behavior, data flows, APIs, logs, and databases. Automate diagnostics using AI workflows and scripting, lead critical incident responses, identify systemic product improvements, coordinate with engineering and product teams, communicate with technical and business stakeholders, maintain knowledge resources, and train support and customer success teams. The role includes participation in a global 24/7 on-call rotation.

Manage a portfolio of 40+ Tier 3 SaaS customer accounts, serving as the primary contact and driving adoption, value realization, retention, and expansion. Monitor account health, identify risks and opportunities, conduct business reviews and training, execute scalable engagement playbooks, and collaborate with Account Management, Product, Customer Delivery, Sales, and Marketing. The role requires strong German and English communication and is based in Paris with a hybrid schedule.

Design and build the data backbone for a no-code data platform: ingestion, schema management, transformation, validation, orchestration, monitoring, observability and AI-assisted features. Implement scalable backend services (APIs, workers, execution engines) using Python/TypeScript/Go, leverage distributed processing (Spark/Flink), ensure data quality, lineage, and SLA monitoring, and collaborate across product, frontend, and QA while mentoring peers.

Design, build, and maintain Python-based automated data pipelines at scale; translate customer requirements into technical architectures; lead and mentor junior engineers; manage code reviews and production releases; engage in client workshops and technical design while collaborating with Product and Data teams to integrate AI-driven automation.
