The Continuous Improvement Specialist will ensure proper use of WMS, support process execution, diagnose issues, and improve warehouse efficiency through analytics and reporting.

Lead the Development Support team to investigate and resolve production issues across PHP, MySQL, and React platforms. Serve as technical escalation for incidents, write production code, conduct code reviews, mentor developers, improve monitoring/observability, own deployments, reduce technical debt, and partner with cross-functional teams to improve platform reliability and performance.

Manage client onboarding, training, and ongoing success; assist with initial Shopify integrations; coordinate with Support, Warehouse, and Sales; handle chat/ticket/email support; manage customer projects via portal; support escalations and maintain SQF food safety continuity.

Manage day-to-day low-to-medium revenue client accounts, onboard and train customers, provide world-class support via chat/tickets/email, coordinate with Support/Warehouse/Sales, optimize customer use of the Shipfusion portal, and manage projects through the company portal.

Respond to customer chat, email, and support tickets; manage and execute support cases end-to-end; coordinate with carriers, clients, engineering, warehouse, and client service teams; track and follow up on aged orders, reshipments, returns, and inventory requests; generate support metrics and reports; maintain food safety (SQF) system continuity as needed.
