Manage medium- to high-revenue client accounts, onboarding, education, support, escalations, and account reviews. Partner with Sales, Support, and Warehouse teams to deliver client outcomes, optimize portal usage, and manage customer projects. Develop Customer Success processes, playbooks, reporting, and risk plans while tracking team metrics. Coach Account Managers and Support staff, build trusted customer relationships, and lead high-performing client-facing teams.

Supervise warehouse operations, including eCommerce order fulfillment, inventory control, quality assurance, logistics coordination, and special packaging projects. Lead, train, and manage teams of 10–50 employees while meeting service levels, improving efficiency, supporting client onboarding, and maintaining safety and compliance standards.

Manage client onboarding, training, and ongoing success; assist with initial Shopify integrations; coordinate with Support, Warehouse, and Sales; handle chat/ticket/email support; manage customer projects via portal; support escalations and maintain SQF food safety continuity.
