Manage employee relations, investigations, payroll consolidation, recruiting, attendance processes, and performance management for a new fulfillment center. Partner with leaders, develop site-specific HR policies, coach people managers, and ensure compliance with Texas employment legislation. The role requires fluent English and Spanish, staffing agency experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced startup environment.

Manages customer success for medium- to high-revenue accounts, including onboarding, training, support escalations, account reviews, customer health, and process development. Leads and coaches customer-facing teams, partners with Sales, Support, and Warehouse teams, oversees customer projects, and helps clients optimize the company portal. Tracks performance metrics, develops playbooks, and serves as a senior escalation point for complex client needs.

Manage medium- to high-revenue client accounts, onboarding, education, support, escalations, and account reviews. Partner with Sales, Support, and Warehouse teams to deliver client outcomes, optimize portal usage, and manage customer projects. Develop Customer Success processes, playbooks, reporting, and risk plans while tracking team metrics. Coach Account Managers and Support staff, build trusted customer relationships, and lead high-performing client-facing teams.
