Partner with sales on customer calls, create predictive margin tools, write Python scripts and SOPs for pricing proposals, maintain Power BI dashboards, and perform ad hoc research and data analysis.

Develop and execute product marketing strategy for ShipBob’s fulfillment, customization, and warehouse management software offerings. Responsibilities include positioning and messaging, go-to-market planning, demand generation, campaign asset development, competitive and customer research, win-loss analysis, product launches, and cross-functional alignment with Marketing, Sales, Product, Engineering, Partnerships, Operations, and leadership to drive revenue, conversion, customer experience, and retention.

Investigate inventory discrepancies, perform physical cycle counts, reconcile variances, conduct root cause analysis, and communicate inventory issues to operations and management. The role supports timely order fulfillment, identifies process improvements, and may assist other departments. It requires attention to detail, effective communication, multitasking, physical strength, and the ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and push or pull throughout extended shifts.
