Leads Shionogi’s U.S. enterprise procurement function, including strategy, strategic sourcing, category management, supplier governance, negotiations, procurement operations, controls, and transformation. The role delivers savings, manages supplier and compliance risk, oversees Coupa and source-to-pay processes, supports acquisitions and product launches, and aligns global procurement activities. It requires executive leadership, pharmaceutical industry experience, extensive procurement expertise, and collaboration across finance, legal, medical, manufacturing, IT, and corporate functions.

Provides senior legal counsel for pharmaceutical market access, payer and PBM agreements, government contracts, reimbursement, pricing, compliance, product commercialization, and business development. Drafts and negotiates complex contracts, advises on pharmaceutical regulations and anti-kickback requirements, manages legal risk, supports investigations and litigation, and develops compliance matrices and flow-down terms for government-supported agreements.

Leads enterprise IT operations spanning infrastructure, cloud, networks, servers, storage, workplace technology, service desk, and managed service providers. Establishes technology roadmaps, governance, service management, architecture, security, compliance, disaster recovery, vendor performance, and operational budgets. Oversees managers and technical teams, directs major incident resolution, supports regulated pharmaceutical operations, and ensures infrastructure practices meet GxP, CSA, CSV, and 21 CFR Part 11 requirements.

Leads commercial IT strategy, roadmap planning, systems architecture, integrations, data governance, compliance, vendor delivery, budgets, and technical teams supporting pharmaceutical Sales, Marketing, and Market Access functions. Oversees commercial applications throughout their lifecycle, ensures data integrity and privacy compliance, manages incidents and business continuity, and partners with global, quality, privacy, and commercial stakeholders.
