Manage complex facilities and construction projects for an Intelligence Community customer. Responsibilities include developing project plans, leading architect and engineer teams, reviewing designs and submittals, coordinating contractors and field personnel, conducting inspections, tracking changes, reporting status, engaging stakeholders, and overseeing scope, budget, schedule, and project turnover.

Conducts motion imagery and geospatial intelligence analysis, develops intelligence and geospatial products, and performs deep analysis using multimodal imagery and ArcGIS. The role requires recent operational IMINT/GEOINT experience, certified imagery training, strong critical-thinking and communication skills, and an active TS clearance with SCI eligibility and CI polygraph.

Supports an Intelligence Community PMO with security project management, construction security operations, requirements development, stakeholder coordination, field inspections, status reporting, and contractor oversight. Reviews construction drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and project changes; manages Construction Security Plans; identifies security violations; supports access, equipment approvals, leadership briefings, and coordination across architects, engineers, contractors, and government stakeholders.

Develops and reviews mechanical engineering designs for facility and infrastructure projects supporting Intelligence Community missions. Responsibilities include code compliance evaluations, peer reviews, mechanical system design, interdisciplinary coordination, construction-phase support, scheduling, cost and feasibility analyses, technical documentation, scopes of work, and contract administration. The role requires an active TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph, mechanical engineering experience, EIT certification, CADD and Revit proficiency, and 10–20% including overseas travel.

Coordinates global facility maintenance requests through CMMS platforms, ensuring accurate intake, assignment, tracking, documentation, stakeholder communication, and status reporting. The role supports facility and building managers, contractors, agencies, and Intelligence Community stakeholders by maintaining project records, generating weekly reports, and monitoring requests through completion.

Develop and enhance Tactical Signature Guidance systems and sonar software across multiple code baselines. Build software solutions using Java, React, C++, and other modern technologies; troubleshoot complex technical issues; support real-time signal processing, parallel processing, microservices, visualization, and simulation systems. Collaborate within an integrated team, adapt to changing priorities, occasionally assist with hardware integration, and travel to Manassas, Virginia as needed.

Lead systems integration for NSG/ASG and federal GEOINT systems, overseeing planning, implementation, testing, and maintenance across cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments. Prepare engineering plans and site installation design packages, ensure end-to-end system-of-systems integrity, and mentor mid/junior integrators. Requires deep government/IC/DoD program experience and TS/SCI eligibility.

Lead and advise multi-discipline systems engineering activities for national geospatial-intelligence systems. Responsibilities include requirements engineering, solutions design, integration, test & evaluation, AoAs, trade studies, strategic technical planning, and coordinating across agencies to ensure GEOINT delivery. Oversee and mentor senior to junior systems engineers and support large System-of-Systems and cloud/hybrid architectures.

Manage facilities projects from inception through physical and financial closeout for an Intelligence Community customer. Duties include requirements collection, scope development, acquisition support, construction oversight, schedule and status reporting, contractor evaluation, space planning and enterprise space management, stakeholder engagement, and preparing project deliverables and metrics.

Design, develop, and implement real-time acoustic signal processing algorithms and parallel processing solutions. Build service-oriented architectures and real-time data analysis, visualization, or simulation systems. Candidate will join a proposed team contingent on contract award.

Part-time remote administrative role for HUBZone residents supporting research, document and spreadsheet maintenance, recruiting, business development, project management, and Office 365/SharePoint tasks.
