Manage complex facilities and construction projects for an Intelligence Community customer. Responsibilities include developing project plans, leading architect and engineer teams, reviewing designs and submittals, coordinating contractors and field personnel, conducting inspections, tracking changes, reporting status, engaging stakeholders, and overseeing scope, budget, schedule, and project turnover.

Conducts motion imagery and geospatial intelligence analysis, develops intelligence and geospatial products, and performs deep analysis using multimodal imagery and ArcGIS. The role requires recent operational IMINT/GEOINT experience, certified imagery training, strong critical-thinking and communication skills, and an active TS clearance with SCI eligibility and CI polygraph.

Supports an Intelligence Community PMO with security project management, construction security operations, requirements development, stakeholder coordination, field inspections, status reporting, and contractor oversight. Reviews construction drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and project changes; manages Construction Security Plans; identifies security violations; supports access, equipment approvals, leadership briefings, and coordination across architects, engineers, contractors, and government stakeholders.
