Build and maintain dbt data models and BigQuery analyses supporting supply, marketplace, and partner success operations. Investigate data anomalies, create dashboards and reporting, improve fill-rate and fulfillment performance, maintain reliable data infrastructure, and eventually develop predictive models. Manage and grow worker supply by monitoring market supply health, diagnosing funnel bottlenecks, designing experiments (referrals, re-engagement, activation), and using data (SQL, Google Sheets, dashboards) to drive cross-functional initiatives with Product, Engineering, and Operations to improve onboarding, activation, and retention. Role is NYC-based with typical 4+ days in office.
