Build and maintain dbt data models and BigQuery analyses supporting supply, marketplace, and partner success operations. Investigate data anomalies, create dashboards and reporting, improve fill-rate and fulfillment performance, maintain reliable data infrastructure, and eventually develop predictive models. Collaborate with Supply, Marketplace, Partner Success, Product, and Engineering teams to translate business needs into scalable data solutions.

Own shift fulfillment targets for new customer launches, using marketplace analytics, onboarding campaigns, incentives, and partner conversion tactics. Monitor marketplace risks, triage in-shift issues, resolve cross-functional problems, and build scalable processes and tooling. The role progresses toward ownership of day-to-day marketplace execution for major customer programs.

The Customer Analyst will own analytics initiatives, maximize sales through analytics, plan production, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve customer outcomes.
