Own shift fulfillment targets for new customer launches, using marketplace analytics, onboarding campaigns, incentives, and partner conversion tactics. Monitor marketplace risks, triage in-shift issues, resolve cross-functional problems, and build scalable processes and tooling. The role progresses toward ownership of day-to-day marketplace execution for major customer programs.

Lead talent acquisition and recruiting team; design interviewer training, onboarding, and performance management; build retention and career-path programs; use people analytics to improve hiring quality, ramp, and retention; operate as a player-coach partnering with managers across the company.

The Customer Analyst will own analytics initiatives, maximize sales through analytics, plan production, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve customer outcomes.
