Own the end-to-end experience for healthcare professionals using ShiftKey’s marketplace, from discovering and accepting shifts through retention and repeat engagement. Define and report Professional Lifetime Value, develop retention strategies, improve reputation and discoverability, clarify earnings, and connect product decisions to unit economics. Partner closely with the facility-side product manager, finance, leadership, and distributed delivery teams.

Manage Salesforce quoting and opportunity support, vet leads, maintain CRM data integrity, deduplicate and restructure accounts, standardize territory and pipeline processes, and support contracting and quote-to-cash workflows. The role partners with sales leadership and data teams to improve forecasting accuracy, operational consistency, and CRM performance across SaaS and marketplace revenue engines.

Lead and grow a distributed platform and infrastructure organization (~10 people). Drive cloud migration and infrastructure modernization, own reliability, deployment, disaster recovery, set standards for automation and CI/CD, and partner with engineering leadership to deliver platform roadmaps.

The Business Development Representative initiates outbound calls, qualifies clients, sets demo meetings, and collaborates with sales teams to drive business opportunities.

Own and evolve ShiftKey's AI infrastructure: production retrieval/indexing, agentic platforms on AWS, graph-based multi-hop retrieval design, platform APIs, reference agents, and cost/observability guardrails for regulated (HIPAA) workflows.

Own and evolve ShiftKey's AI infrastructure: organizational knowledge platform, retrieval and indexing (semantic RAG + re-ranking + HyDE), agentic cloud infrastructure on AWS, graph-based retrieval design, platform APIs, reference agent implementations, and AI cost/governance and observability for production-scale regulated (HIPAA) workflows.
