Own and expand an existing B2B SaaS client portfolio through renewals, upsells, cross-sells, and relationship management. Prospect for new healthcare and senior care customers through outbound calling and multichannel outreach, manage the full sales cycle, develop partner referrals, and maintain accurate Salesforce pipelines and forecasts.

Leads the accounting organization across general ledger, accounts receivable, disbursements, tax, and treasury. Owns financial reporting, monthly close, audit readiness, internal controls, accounting policies, and process improvement. Partners with finance, revenue, product, and senior leadership to improve collections, payment reliability, financial discipline, automation, and scalability while developing accounting leaders.

Partner with leaders across Operations, Revenue, Finance, and Accounting on employee relations, performance management, talent planning, organizational change, and workforce needs. Coach managers through sensitive situations, support performance and development cycles, analyze people data, and collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Talent Operations. The role is primarily onsite in Irving, Texas, with potential hybrid flexibility after the initial onboarding period.
