Lead and grow a distributed platform and infrastructure team, drive cloud modernization and managed-service migrations, own reliability, deployment, disaster recovery and CI/CD standards, and translate platform strategy into actionable roadmaps while remaining hands-on during incidents.

Own and evolve ShiftKey's AI infrastructure: production retrieval/indexing, agentic platforms on AWS, graph-based multi-hop retrieval design, platform APIs, reference agents, and cost/observability guardrails for regulated (HIPAA) workflows.
