Partner with the CEO on company strategy, financial analysis, revenue growth, forecasting, and executive decision-making. Own and develop the Revenue Operations function, manage RevOps staff, build KPI dashboards, improve pipeline and revenue predictability, evaluate strategic investments, and coordinate cross-functional execution. Prepare leadership and board materials while translating financial and commercial data into actionable recommendations and accountability.

Owns and improves the company’s AS9100/ISO 9000 quality management system, leading audits, non-conformance and CAPA processes, quality metrics, inspections, supplier quality, and compliance activities. Partners with hardware, software, test engineering, production, and supply chain teams to reduce defects, improve yield, strengthen process controls, and ensure reliable hardware and software deliverables.

Coordinates cross-functional engineering execution across hardware, software, firmware, platform, and systems teams. Tracks milestones, dependencies, risks, resources, and capacity using Jira, Confluence, and dashboards. Facilitates planning and status reviews, prioritizes customer and field requests, improves engineering processes and tooling, and supports onsite product deployment and adoption. The role aligns technical stakeholders, manages execution without direct authority, and drives predictable delivery and operational excellence.

Lead account growth and capture strategy for U.S. Air Force customers: build senior relationships, qualify and mature opportunities, drive capture/proposal/negotiation, coordinate cross-functional teams, influence product strategy, and establish partnerships with primes and system integrators to grow revenue and footprint across Air Force programs.

Build and deploy full-stack product features across user interfaces, APIs, and cloud environments. Design, develop, test, debug, maintain, and support scalable software tailored to aviation and defense operational technology needs. Contribute to architecture, security, compliance, and quality standards while mentoring peers and participating in Agile development. Required experience includes JavaScript or TypeScript, a modern frontend framework, Go, REST APIs, AWS, Docker, CI/CD, and SaaS product development.

Design and develop hardware for onboard operational technology, including schematic design, PCB layout, and testing to military standards. Collaborate with teams to analyze and improve designs, ensuring specifications and safety factors are met.

Lead growth operations and enablement for sales by building playbooks, enablement content, dashboards, and cross-functional processes. Translate technical capabilities into customer messaging, drive deal gating and operating cadence, support proposals and capture, and implement AI/automation to improve seller productivity and pipeline visibility.

Partner with sales to deliver technical discovery, tailored demos, proofs-of-concept, and solution designs for Shift5's OT cybersecurity and predictive maintenance platform. Support customer evaluations, capture feedback, coordinate with Product/Engineering/Marketing, and represent the product at industry events to drive adoption and sales.
