Lead end-to-end data science projects: define problems, build/test hypotheses, deliver scalable solutions for productization. Perform advanced statistical and time-series analyses, collaborate cross-functionally, and translate insights into customer value while supporting deployment and system optimization.

Lead growth operations and enablement for sales by building playbooks, enablement content, dashboards, and cross-functional processes. Translate technical capabilities into customer messaging, drive deal gating and operating cadence, support proposals and capture, and implement AI/automation to improve seller productivity and pipeline visibility.

Partner with sales to deliver technical discovery, tailored demos, proofs-of-concept, and solution designs for Shift5's OT cybersecurity and predictive maintenance platform. Support customer evaluations, capture feedback, coordinate with Product/Engineering/Marketing, and represent the product at industry events to drive adoption and sales.
