Drive new business and maintain client relationships for a regional restoration contractor. Prospect and meet with insurance agents, property managers, business owners; document visits and results in company software; build regional insurance program relationships; manage marketing and sales activities; work independently with strong communication, organization, and industry knowledge.

Manage daily office operations and compliance for an insurance restoration firm: supervise staff, enforce policies, ensure production compliance, handle reporting, collections, training, scheduling, and on-call duties.

Manage accounts payable and bookkeeping: verify purchase orders, enter invoices and receipts into QuickBooks in near real-time, ensure vendor insurance and subcontractor compliance, reconcile credit card and utility bills, process AP checks and AR payments, assist collections, and support team communication and timely completion of tasks.
