Find and grow new business and maintain relationships for emergency water, mold, fire cleanup and repair services. Execute marketing activities, route insurance agents, warm/cold call leads, review CRM jobs for referrals, conduct ~60 face-to-face visits weekly, deliver luncheon presentations, use Send Out Cards, and manage social media. Position is full-time (40+ hours) with some evenings and weekends.

Drive new business and maintain client relationships for a regional restoration contractor. Prospect and meet with insurance agents, property managers, business owners; document visits and results in company software; build regional insurance program relationships; manage marketing and sales activities; work independently with strong communication, organization, and industry knowledge.

Manage daily office operations and compliance for an insurance restoration firm: supervise staff, enforce policies, ensure production compliance, handle reporting, collections, training, scheduling, and on-call duties.
