Supports in-house litigation, arbitration, insurance claims, and multi-state entity management. Responsibilities include tracking jurisdiction-specific deadlines, managing discovery and legal holds, coordinating with insurers and external counsel, maintaining corporate records and compliance filings, conducting legal research, drafting memoranda, auditing legal assistant work, and tracking matter budgets and invoices. The role is hybrid in Gilbert, Arizona, with at least two days per week in the office.

Supports multi-jurisdictional litigation and arbitration, including discovery, filings, legal holds, document production, and deadline management. Coordinates insurance claims, carriers, brokers, adjusters, and external counsel. Maintains multi-state corporate entity records, compliance filings, registered-agent matters, and governance documents. Conducts legal research, drafts memoranda, tracks budgets and invoices, supervises a legal assistant, and supports the General Counsel with administrative tasks.

Supports nationwide new-hire onboarding by coordinating pre-employment screenings, tracking completion of onboarding tasks, maintaining accurate Workday and HR records, answering new-hire questions, and resolving issues. Partners with recruiters, hiring leaders, and People Operations to ensure a consistent employee experience, monitor onboarding metrics, identify process gaps, and improve onboarding workflows.

Builds and maintains enterprise datasets, semantic models, Power BI and Microsoft Fabric reporting solutions, forecasting models, dashboards, and automated analytics. Partners with Finance, Operations, and IT to translate requirements into decision-support tools. Ensures data quality through validation, reconciliation, and monitoring while improving reporting governance and analytical methodologies. Uses SQL, Python, AI, and automation technologies to streamline business processes and deliver reliable insights.
