Administers employee benefits programs, including leave, disability, FMLA, and workers’ compensation. Supports employee inquiries, vendor management, open enrollment, benefits reconciliation, utilization reviews, reporting, analytics, compliance, and cost-saving initiatives. Prepares recurring management reports and reconciles benefits invoices while providing ongoing employee benefits support.

Supports accounts payable through invoice processing, payment execution, vendor management, reconciliations, and month-end close. Resolves invoice discrepancies, payment disputes, and vendor inquiries; validates approvals, coding, banking changes, and vendor records. Processes check runs and ACH batches, maintains AP documentation, reviews aging and accruals, and supports internal controls. Requires strong Excel and ERP skills, with Sage Intacct experience preferred.

Leads enterprise regulatory compliance across jurisdictions, advises leadership on legal obligations and risk, manages regulatory inquiries and investigations, drafts legal responses and memoranda, oversees compliance staff and external counsel, supports internal investigations, and develops compliance policies, procedures, and training. The role requires an Arizona law license, substantial regulatory compliance experience, and strong legal research, writing, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Leads customer service and call center operations, overseeing multi-level leadership teams, service delivery, performance management, and customer experience strategy. Develops leaders, monitors service and satisfaction metrics, drives continuous improvement, and partners cross-functionally to improve the customer journey. Owns executive reporting and uses data to guide operational decisions, while ensuring staffing, quality, productivity, retention, and customer outcomes meet organizational goals.
