Supports accounts payable through invoice processing, payment execution, vendor management, reconciliations, and month-end close. Resolves invoice discrepancies, payment disputes, and vendor inquiries; validates approvals, coding, banking changes, and vendor records. Processes check runs and ACH batches, maintains AP documentation, reviews aging and accruals, and supports internal controls. Requires strong Excel and ERP skills, with Sage Intacct experience preferred.

Builds and maintains enterprise datasets, semantic models, Power BI and Microsoft Fabric reporting solutions, forecasting models, dashboards, and automated analytics. Partners with Finance, Operations, and IT to translate requirements into decision-support tools. Ensures data quality through validation, reconciliation, and monitoring while improving reporting governance and analytical methodologies. Uses SQL, Python, AI, and automation technologies to streamline business processes and deliver reliable insights.

Administers employee benefits programs, including leave, disability, FMLA, and workers’ compensation. Supports employee inquiries, vendor management, open enrollment, benefits reconciliation, utilization reviews, reporting, analytics, compliance, and cost-saving initiatives. Prepares recurring management reports and reconciles benefits invoices while providing ongoing employee benefits support.
