Drive client adoption, delivery, and implementation of Shibumi SaaS solutions across APAC. Translate business requirements into configured solution structures, serve as the platform expert, support demonstrations and RFX responses, develop training materials, and coach customers and partners. Manage multiple engagements, stakeholder expectations, and client relationships while enabling customers to maintain their solutions independently after implementation.

Partner with the CEO to drive strategic initiatives, prepare board and executive materials, support budgeting and performance reporting, build dashboards, analyze SaaS metrics, and coordinate cross-functional execution to improve organizational effectiveness.

Technical leader who designs and implements large platform initiatives, untangles complex system problems, ships features, owns cross-cutting architecture, mentors engineers, raises engineering quality through design and code review, and drives long-term platform health and technical direction.
